How do I buy a ringback tone that isn't a "top ringback tone?"

I found a RBT that I like, it's Marvin Sapp's "The Best in Me- Can I get a witness." It's not the version that is under the "top rbt's" and I can't find a purchase or add to cart button..well, a "buy" button- only if I want it with the ringtone, and I don't. Someone help please!!

OS X is the same no matter where you buy it. You can switch it to Japanese or one of 30 other languages in few seconds via the system preferences.

Well if there is a EFI block, then running a program in OS X isn't going to do a lick of good.
After all EFI was designed for Trusted Computing and Digital Rights Management, to act between the OS and hardware, can read drives, contact the Internet and everything.
Windows doesn't use EFI, will have UEFI in Windows 8 though.

How do you edit the template image that appears at the top only in portrait mode?

I am using a customized version of the iBooks Author template which has the space image. I have replaced the images for the book cover, chapter and section. But I noticed that when you rotate the ipad to view the entire TOC, the original space image is still there. How can I edit the template image that appears at the top of the Table of Contents only when you rotate the ipad in portrait view?

I just tried w/that template - switched to Portrait mode...tapped once to select that image....cut - gone. Switched to Landscape...not there. Back to portrait...still gone.

How do I remove an apple ID that isn't mine from my Ipod Touch

I am unable to update my apps or purchase apps in the App Store on my Ipod Touch. When I try to do this, it asks me to sign in with my password to an account that isn't mine (it belongs to a friend who has used my itunes before on my computer). I can't seem to get my own apple id/email to come up so I can proceed with the app store updates and purchases.
I have tried going to settings--> store and signing out, but I seem to still be signed into my actual apple ID.
As far as I know, all the apps on my ipod touch were purchased by me, so my own apple iD should be the only one that comes up when accessing the appstore.
Any ideas on how to make my own apple ID pop up when in the appstore would be greatly appreciated.

That should work with purchasing new apps. It is likely that the other users purchased apps with his account. You have to log into the account that purchased apps to update them. If you have apps that need updating that were purchased from more than one account, you have to update the apps one at a time until the remaining apps were purchased with one account.

You are going to have to discuss this with the developer of Temple Run. He is the only one who can help you.
Having said that the chances are slim of it being downgraded to such an old version on iOS.

If I buy a season of a tv series, but the season isn't finished yet, do I get the new episodes too? Or do I only get the episodes listed on iTunes when I click buy? If I do get all the episodes, do they automatically download? I just need to know If I have to wait until the entire season is listed... Thanks!!

In addition I believe you can get a pro rata refund or similar if you cancel the season pass before downloading future episodes or if the show goes bust and doesn't complete the season.
Complete my Season may be another option when a season has completed (and should work eventually for those that have episodes yet to air for that season).
Here, when you buy an episode, if the season is complete you can buy the season for the full cost less that of those you've already bought.
Beware however as it won't let you do it if the remaining cost falls to less than a single episode - I've been caught out twice with that - you need to know how many episodes in total and stop buying individual ones at the appropriate point.

How can I remove a tablet device that isn't there?

In one of our test environments we've got an Xserve running OSX 10.5.6, inside is running Server 10.5 in VMWare Fusion.
Now, the VM thinks it has a tablet device installed, as is evidenced by the ink tab showing up in system preferences (the host does not have the ink option there). Obviously there is no tablet device installed. The VM was set up by one of our IT guys who has already reinstalled it, noting no options during setup about a tablet device.
This problem is causing one piece of software to not work in the VM, or at least, the UI doesn't. There are thousands of console messages reading "QCocoaView handleTabletEvent: This tablet device is unknown (received no proximity event for it). Discarding event"
Question is, how can I remove the tablet device so that this software will start working? I've checked all through VMWare Fusion's options/preferences & couldn't find anything there and Googling has turned up nothing so far.

How do I identify an iTunes Library that isn't named on my WAN?

You'd think people wouldn't be so secretive!
we have 800 employees at work and
about 1/2 have iTunes ( mix of Macs and PCs).
They all share their libraries up for others to listen,
but many of them do not have their libraries named.
Is there a way to identify who's Mac at least is hosting which

How do I remove App Store account that isn't mine?

I open App Store application and it shows that I have 1 update available for an app I never purchased. I try clicking the update button and get the message "You have updates available for other accounts: Sign in to [email protected] to update applications for that account." -- I have no clue what this account is or where it came from but it's not mine. MY updates seem to be working OK but I can't get rid of this 1 update available message.

All app downloaded from Mac AppStore(MAS) contain a receipt inside their app bundle (example: appname.app/Contents/_MASReceipt/receipt). MAS will scan this file to check whether the new version is available.
Sometimes the pirated app receipt doesn't necessarily use the same name as the app.
For example: The app name could be 'Angry Birds' but inside the receipt it's 'Cut the Rope'. Hence MAS will search an update for 'Cut the Rope'
You can use this application (Find Any File) to search any receipt on your drive: http://apps.tempel.org/FindAnyFile/
Launch 'Find Any File' and search for: _MASReceipt
Go throught each result that you think could be the culprit, copy the receipt to your desktop as a backup, and after that delete the receipt inside _MASReceipt folder.
Open MAS and let it scan for software update. If it's still showing the update for the problem apps, it means that you've deleted the wrong receipt. Copy back the receipt backup from your desktop to it's previous location.
Repeat the process until you find the pirated receipt

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer. 
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.

I have sensory issues. How can I find an external monitor that isn't too bright?

I have sensory issues which make bright lights very painful. Some monitors are too bright to look at. I chose a Macbook Air, in part because Apple allowed me to dim the screen, but I wanted to find an external monitor so I could use the Macbook as a desktop as well as a laptop. I recently tried an Aoc monitor, but it doesn't allow me to dim the screen enough without special software. I would rather not have to use extreme settings [Brightness 0] and special software [Easy on the Eyes] to dim the screen. I had tried comparing brightness in-store, locally, but I guess I couldn't tell because the store was full of bright lights, and because I was wearing sunglasses to cope with the bright lights. Can anyone suggest ways to find better more accessible monitors?

There are two ways. Likely if you have the money, the Apple monitor would likely be the best options since it powers your macbook and other stuff as well. It is expensive though. For a nonApple monitor the feature you are looking for is called backlight level. The brightness control doesn't actually control brightness as might be expected because it modifies the signal. The backlight level however does control the brightness of the backlight itself, like the buttons on a real mac. You won't be able to use the buttons on the keyboard though. So when you go shopping, make the salesman show you this feature in the store in the monitors interface and you should be good to go.
Also, if you are sensitive to bright light, did you know about the ability to assign a single key on the keyboard to invert the screen instantly? I prefer white text on black myself.
