How do I buy a subscription to Adobe Muse from South Africa?

I did extensive work using the Beta version, and now am unable to continue. Surely Adobe  will not just abandon its clients in this part of the world? I believe Zac Williamson from Adobe indicated to others with the same problem that he minght be able to help. Have there been any developments?

    Please try some steps below,
    Windows
    Click on the "Start" menu. Select "All Programs" and then "Accessories"
    Right-click on "Notepad" and select "Run as Administrator"
    Click "Continue" on the "Windows needs your permission" dialog
    When Notepad opens, click File and select Open
    In the filename field type the following:
    C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\hosts
    If any entries in the host file include keywords such as "adobe," ask the user to delete those entries. These are used for Adobe Licensing.
    From the "File" menu select "Save" after making changes
    Restart Muse
    Macintosh
    Click on the "Finder" icon. Select the "Applications" folder
    Open the "Utilities" folder and select "Terminal"
    Type the following:
    sudo nano /etc/hosts
    Enter the OS user's associated password when prompted
    If any entries in the host file include keywords such as "adobe," ask the user to delete those entries. These are used for Adobe Licensing.
    Press control+o to save the file
    Press control+x to close the file
    Restart Muse

    Protocol usage and redirects are a server-side thing. This has nothing to do with designing the web page and thus nothing with Muse, either.

    It is not possible to change the extension in Muse at the moment. You can export the site as HTML and change the extensions outside the Muse.

    I had the same issue this morning downloading a pre-order of Alanis, Flavors of Entanglement . I noticed that the only thing that had changed fro me was that I had some song credits for purchasing ticketmaster tickets over the past few weeks. When I went ahead and spent my remaining credits... it downloaded with no prompting or trouble. Maybe the credits issues hangs it up?
