How do i Buy an iCloud Plan, as organizer, for one of my Family group members?

I am trying to use my Apple ID account, and the card associated, to buy an ICloud Plan, for a member in my Family group. But when buying, the option asks for a credit card, on this family member account.
How do I make the parchase, as promoted by the system (others used your card to make purchases)?

You cannot change your iCloud email address. It is an @me.com address, and is associated specifically with that iCloud account. If you want a different @me address assigned, you have to delete the current iCloud account and set up a new one.

There is no specific option to send only the site plan to someone for review. But you can send the locally saved .muse file via email and your client can open that file in Muse to review.

There is no option to adjust timers for one specific website. Any changes will affect all websites. The setting is under Security Services > Web Proxy. If only one site is being problematic for you, I'd recommend you consider bypassing it.
Is this an HTTPS site?
You may want to open a TAC case and have them take a deeper look into this.

I tried to renew my Storage Plan, but it is impossible as presented by the iCloud Manager in System Preferences. The only option is to go up and pay US$100.00, which I don't need or downgrade the plan. I'm just using half of the space, so I just want to renew the same Storage Plan that I current have.

Planning book issue for one OBD.

In Planning book for one material on Feb month open delivery qty showing as 1 but when we checked in cube there are no open deliveries even ic ECC also zero.
The Process chain will run dialy as batch still in planning book showing one open delivery qty.
Can I know the reason how to solve this.

The record does not not exists in Info cute when I checked data in infocube there are no open deliveries in Feb but in planning book for only one material/APO product there is one open delivery appearing.in Feb.

When I Buy Something,all songs disapear except for ones bought in the store

I Used to have two-hundred songs on my Video iPod, including ones from CD's. When I bought a new song all of my songs, except for ones that I have bought on itunes, disappeared. Now I Have 10 Songs...Is there ne way to know whats wrong...and to fix it?
I also bought an audiobook. The Money was taken from my account and the book was never downlaoded. Is there any way to retrieve that?
When i got a new iPod...a nano. i accidently didnt choose the option to have more than one iPod sync to this computer. So now both of my iPods are messed up.

My wife & son both have iPhones on the her iTunes & iCloud accounts, which causes all sorts of grief with iMessage & iTunes purchases (apps & music) and we need to get son on his own . She has hundreds of notes and thousands of calendar entries that she REALLY doesn't want to lose; he has lots of music & apps (bought on her account) that he REALLY doesn't want to lose.

You need to migrate her device to a different account. To do this, start by saving any photo stream photos that you want to keep to your camera roll (unless already there) by opening your my photo stream album, tapping Select, tapping the photos, tap the share icon (box with upward facing arrow), then tapping Save to Camera Roll. If you are syncing notes with iCloud that you want to keep, you'll need to open each of your notes and email them to yourself so you can later copy and paste the text into new notes created in your new account. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account (which only deletes it from this device, not from iCloud; your devices won't be effected by this), provide the password to turn off Find My iDevice and choose Keep on My iDevice when prompted. Then sign back in with a different Apple ID to create your new account and choose Merge to upload your data.
1) I don't understand the difference between photo stream and camera roll - what's that all about? Sounds quite labour intensive for anything more than a few photos. Son has hundreds of photos taken on the iPhone, wife has dozens - can I just use iTunes to take my wife's photos off her device, and leave son with anything he's got in the cloud?
2) Notes are a real issue - would be horrible to have to mail mail each one and recreate. Is there no way to bulk export, either from phone or cloud?
3) What about calendar entries? The phone only stores the last x months, and the rest are on iCloud. Really don't want to lose these, they are effectively my wife's diary with notes taken at meetings and from our holidays. As they aren't all on the deivce, I don't know if Merge will do what randers4 suggests.
All looks really messy, any help the community can offer is much appreciated.

To answer your first question, that's normal. When you take a photo on your device (or save an image from an email or web page), it is saved to the camera roll. If you have photo stream enabled, new photos/images added to the camera roll are then uploaded to your photo stream. (This happens when the device is connected to wifi with the camera app closed and it has at leaset 20% battery life remaining.) Once added to photo stream, all devices.computers sharing the photo stream then receive a copy of the photo. Since the device that added the photo to camera roll is also sharing the photo stream, it receives a copy of the photo as well, in the my photo stream album. That's how you end up with a copy of the photo in both the camera roll (the original) and in my photo strem (the photo stream copy).

Correct. When you delete the existing iCloud account from his phone, it is only deleted from his phone, not from iCloud. After doing so, they will only have their own data in their separate accounts.
If you want to deal with the notes on someone else's Mac, you would want to start by going to System Preferences>iCloud on their Mac, click Sign Out, then choose Delete at all of the prompts. This will delete their iCloud account and data from their Mac, but not from iCloud. Then you would sign back in using your existing iCloud account, and check both Notes and Mail (having Mail checked is required in order to sync Notes with iCloud). Next, you would go to System Preferences>Internet Accounts (or Mail,Contacts,Calendars if using OS X Lion)>iCloud, sign into your son's new iCloud account as a secondary account, and check both Mail and Notes in this account as well. Then you should be able to drag and drop the notes between the two accounts inside the Notes app (if you want to copy them, hold down the Option key as you drag and drop; if you want to move them, just drag and drop). When you're done, sign out of both iCloud accounts, choose Delete at all of the prompts, then sign back in to the original iCloud account that the Mac was using. Their iCloud data will then download back to their Mac and it will be as it was when you started.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to merge 2 different back ups in one. However, if you need the photos and contacts from these back ups you can restore one and then import the pics to your PC and sync the contacts to iCloud then restore the iPhone from the other back up and merge the info with iCloud again.
