    There should be an option to reschedule or cancel.  You will need to use the same Apple ID that was used to schedule the appointment.

    There's no way to create a new Genius Bar reservation with this app. Each time I tap the "Genius Bar" button on a store's reservation page, I end up on a page with two buttons: "Help" and "Call Apple" and a pop-up message that says "There is nothing scheduled for this store". There is nothing to do on that page.  I can change existing reservations and I can make one on one reservations, but I can't make Genius Bar reservations. I've tried with many different stores and it's the same for all of them. 
    Any one find a way of doing this?

    I have spent nearly 30 minutes trying to make a Genius bar reservation. Website site says "it's easy and quick."  Well, no, it isn't. It used to be, but it isn't any longer. I keep getting to the point where I am asked to pay $29 for a phone call, or to submit a service ticket. All I want to do is to go the store and talk to someone without having to wait in line for an hour. It is NOT an option to make a genius bar reservation online. I even called, and was sent the link to make the online appointment . . . which resulted in exactly the same dead end.
    What am I supposed to do in order to make a reservation?  Screen shots or bullet-point steps would be helpful, because the system is not performing the way it says it should.

    Thank you. I did stumble upon this idea after I wrote my question and it works! Not sure what's up with the website -- seems like Apple should be more on top of user interface than they are.  Thanks for responding.

    I'm trying to make a reservation at the Genius Bar to get my MBP looked at and as I'm trying to login it asks for my ID and password (which I enter) and then my membership number and phone number. I have no idea what my membership number is. Any suggestions?

    I don't know if you ever found out about this, but I did, because I had the same issue.
    I just sw phone tech support and the member number that it asks you for when trying to make a genius reservation is for people who have made one-on-one reservations @ the retail store. They are given an "ID Number" in addition to their MobileMe/.mac IDs that they can use on future appointments.

    I'm glad you had a good experience! I think the best you can do in this case is write a letter to the manager of that sentre and let him take it from there.
    I dont know if Apple has an email adress exclusively for compliments haha but i'm sure if you tell the store manager it will be noted
