How do I cancel a "pending" payment?

My payments kept not working - now I see I have 8 "pending" payments!
If they all go through I will be broke, how can you cancel these stupid things?
One message said I have a different paypal linked to my account, but I can't see where I can change that either!

Once an item enters the download queue, the user cannot remove it. Either let it complete the download (easiest) or contact the iTunes Store customer support department through the Contact page and ask them if they'll remove the item(s) from your queue for you.

Have you checked the purchase history on your account e.g. did you have any auto-renewing subscriptions or pre-orders due ? If you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your account's purchases.

Try this - might work:
• Log out of your iTunes store account. Go to Settings > Store > Sign Out Then press the Home button.

How do I cancel, modify, or update my checking account payment on the day (today) it was made to my Verizon account?

This morning, after viewing my bank account status that indicated a little over 218 in my account, I made a payment on my Verizon account of 148.82. At the end of this initial payment to my Verizon account, I was told “You may cancel a checking account payment on the day it posts to your account. The amount will be reversed from your account balance.”
I revisited my bank account a little later, to see if this payment had been posted. It had not, but the current status had then changed due to an auto-payment on another account that I had forgotten about, leaving my account with a balance of only 116. I need to change or reverse my payment to Verizon and submit it for 110 until Tuesday of next week (03 June 2014).
I've called Verizon billing department, but have been unable to reach a representative due to the high volume of calls, and the call was disconnected. If I am unable to rectify this today, my payment to Verizon will cause charges to my bank account of $40.00 and a late fee to my Verizon account.
The on-line website does not have a provision for it that I can locate. How can I do this???

How to cancel a Pending Material Transactions

Here is the issue :
A component was setup with supply_type = Assembly pull.
This was an error, we change this attribute to bulk.
But some discrete jobs were completed before the correction, and material transaction were generated.
Since we have no component stock, the WIP Component issue transactions are stuck in the Pending transactions.
