How do i cancel after the circles of hell go round and round?
I have been in the circles of hell trying to cancel my subscription which my credit card, i was surprised to learn, had been charged for- only to find it is already cancelled! See below

But I have just been billed for it anyway. And probably be billed for it in another year - 2016. And then it will probably "automatically" (see fine print) restart.and so on till i am very very old. interesting to see on other posts that cancelling the credit card does not help which seems odd but then again after two hours of wandering round and round the site (love the hilarity of the non-functioning chat icon - much hilarity every Christmas in the accounting department.) I'm not surprised. It is clear that adobe has one of the most difficult "unsubscribes" online. Despite the professionals hunting them down and killing them, there are still websites devoted to the topic of why can't I unsubscribe and why is this so hard and surely this is illegal. Adobe clearly makes most of its money out of the unsubscribe because the two products I bought didn't work anyway. Fair enough, should have known, but remind me to employ a lawyer in future before even opening an adobe document.

Sorry for the frustrating experience, looking at the account I could see the billing has been stopped for the subscription and you will continue to have the access to software till 2016.
Please update this thread if you would like to cancel the subscription and get refund.

If you have all your music on the cmputer then i would connect up my phone uncheck the Sync Music option and apply.
This should take all the music off your phone .Then you can resync the music back on to it.
If this doesn't work maybe a restore to factory settings and start from scratch is the way to go -
I am having problems shutting down my MacBook Pro. I go to the apple and click shutdown or restart, it appears the shutdown process starts, the screen goes blue and the little circle keeps going round and round, but nothing happens even after 30 minutes.
Make sure you quit all your applications before shutting down.
And try resetting the SMC.

How can I sync up the IDOC definitions between PI/XI and R3?
XI/PI gurus,
We just applied SAP enhancement packs 4 to our R3 and some XI patches to our XI/PI and now we did not see the messages in our XI QA box after the IDOC was sent out from R3.
We think one possible cause was the IDOC definition are different between our XI and R3.
How can I sync up the IDOC definitions between PI/XI and R3 and not mess up our existing mappings in XI?
Should I just remove the import objects and reipmort the IDOCS from R3 again?

Fisher LiUse transaction IDX2. The metadata must be deleted from the cache in IDX2, this can be done by selecting the appropriate system from the list, drilling down the affected IDOC type and chosing delete
The next time an IDOC is sent or received, the cache will be refreshed. -

Try a soft-reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds, after which the Apple logo should appear and it should reboot - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

I have just updated Acrobat to version 10.1.13. I am using a MAC Running Yosemite. When I try to scan a document, after the printer scans Adobe Acrobat quits and I get an unexpected closure error. I am running Mac OS 10.10.1. This only started happening when I installed the update of Adobe Acrobat.

Is the printer connected wirelessly or wired?
Go to Preferences and under categories go to > Convert to Pdf then select the Image Capture and then hit ok button.
Close Acrobat and then relaunch it and see if it helps you while you do scanning.

so my Ipod touch hasn't been connecting to computer, nor charging for a week or two until i turn it off completely and now i try to reset all content and setting,(thinking it may connect to the computer and itunes and also charge) but the circle goes round and round for like hrs(24) and it still does not complete the reset.

With a PDF Dynamic form using show/hide actions, how to ensure that when the completed form is saved, closed and re-opened, the form still show the fields as before it was closed?
I have developed a form with fields hidden by default, that become visible based on box ticked or radio button selections.
My problem is that, when I close the form and re-open it, it comes back to it's default presentation, regardless of the information already recorded in the form (including in the now hidden fields.
How to correct that

Go to the "Form properties..." in the File-menu. Select "Run-time" to the left and in the box "Scripting" Preserve scripting changes to form when saved: choose Automatically (Script-based state changes are saved locally in an insecure fashion. This option cannot be used for certified forms).

I successfully downloaded Lightroom CC. everything looks good, but it will not open. The circle spins about 2 times and then it just stops and I get nothing. I uninstalled and restarted my computer. I downloaded again. Same problem

My iPhone4 (iOS 6) does not sync with iTunes. The message displayed suggests to return the iPhone to factory settings (which I cannot do). This happened after the iPhone was upgraded to iOS6 and performed one sync. Any ideas?

while browsing the cube data Excel the circle pointer starts to spin and the excel go into a not-responding state,any recommendations to improve performance in excel?
I have 20 measures and 8 dimensions.
while filtering data by using dimensions in excel it is taking so much time.
