How do I cancel auto-renewal of Creative Cloud membership?
Hello! I started my one year, prepaid CC membership February 17 of last year. It's due to auto renew on February 17 of this year, and I don't want to continue my membership and be charged $200 again. How do I cancel the auto renewal? I've checked the FAQs and nothing has brought me results so far. Thanks!

I have renew my Creative cloud membership on 20 July 2014. I still can log in into my account yet I get a message "We are having trouble identifying your membership" 00 days remaining. This message may refer to my old membership?! How can I reconstruct the automatic login and have the right days remaining number?

Delete the opm.db file from the following location based on your operating system.

Note: The <user account>/Library/ folder is hidden after OS 10.7, follow the instructions here to access it: Access hidden user library files | Mac OS 10.7 Lion

Note: The AppData folder is hidden by default. Follow these instructions to unhide it if needed: Show hidden files, folders, filename extensions | Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7
(if you get error while renaming it, use the Task Manager for Windows and Activity Monitor for Mac to end all Adobe Processes.)
Launch the Creative Cloud app again for the Start Menu (Windows) or Applications Folder (Mac OS).
Launch the Adobe Photoshop CC and click 'Not my Adobe ID' in the Sign in window and sign in using the Adobe ID and password that was used to purchase the subscription. -

Want to cancel auto-renewal; don't use Revel. This link http://www.adobe.com/go/revel_my_subscriptions_en. is not a link to cancel subscriptions, it's a link that takes me to a page that says I have to cancel using my iPhone, but since I don't have an iPhone, that's not very helpful. The information on using my computer to cancel via Apple ID is also useless, since my subscription does not appear.
The link which says "call support" only takes me to the support page, which then takes me to the page talking about iPhones again.Same thing.
I sign in to Adobe, select Manage Plan, then Cancel Plan, get the "We hate to see you go" popup, with a link to contact customer support.

I have an Abode Creative Cloud membership, which will complete 1 year this week. I have not been using any of the desktop software for at least the last 5 months and do not wish to continue with the membership since I do not need them any more. My next payment is scheduled on 23/06/2014.
I can not find the "Cancel" option in the member plan details as mentioned in Cancel your membership or subscription | Creative Cloud under **To cancel your membership in the last month (month 12), follow the steps in the "Cancel a month-to-month membership" section below.**
Could someone kindly guide me to the right place, or if someone from Adobe could cancel my CC membership, I will be very thankful to you.
