How do I cancel my dreamweaver monthly membership?

Is there anyone can tell me how do I cancel my dreamweaver monthly membership?
I followed the steps about how to cancel, but I just cannot see a page like "we are sorry to lose" and a "cancel" button.

    I'm trying to cancel my Adobe Dreamweaver monthly subscription but I can't seem to get through to anyone via the online chat.  I only have a few days left before I get stuck in a year-long contract - I've tried cancelling via the Manage Account area but it tells me I can only do it via online chat, forums or telephone (which I don't have access too).  Any suggestions?

    I have tried following the instructions for canceling my 12 month subscription to creative cloud (I am currently in the last month), but when I click on the link "Cancel this plan", I get the message:
    If you cancel your plan, you will lose access to certain features of your Creative Cloud membership, including certain applications, a higher level of services, and additional cloud storage. At the end of your current paid month, June 13, 2014, your membership will revert to a free membership, and you'll be billed 50% of your remaining contract obligation, as outlined in our billing terms.     The message that you get while cancelling your plan is because you currently have an annual contract for the subscription and you are cancelling it before the completion of the year.
