If still necessary and for further questions click through http://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html and if "open" please use chat, I had the best experiences. I quote from Adobe's employee Preran: The chat button is activated as soon as there is an agent available to help.
On the other hand you have to look at Subscription Terms >>> http://www.adobe.com/misc/subscription_terms.html to see the conditions for a (early) cancellation.

Can anyone help me to delete photos that were put on my ipad from a lap top computer. I have tried following instructions from another member, but there was no arrow to press by the slideshow - so I was unable to go any further. Appreciate any help, as there are lots of photos.

I placed my order for a macbook air on Friday night so there wasn't any progress as it is the weekend now. I decided to opt for another model so cancelled it. I received the cancellation confirmation email. I then placed another order but the credit card gets declined?? The replaced order is cheaper in price so fund availability is not the problem. It says the credit card won't be charged from the first order and that it would be charged on shipment too. So why is my card getting declined? Did Apple lock the amount of the fund from the first order on my credit card and I'm yet to get that fund back as it is the weekend?rugox wrote:

if I remember correctly the error code -1 indicates a hardware problem. In that case, you should take your iPhone to an Apple store and have them do some diagnostics.

This practise is obviously widespread. Adobe are 'sorry to see you go' so much that they are willing to stoop to unethical methods to prevent you from unsubscribing.
My university is considering licensing the Adobe Connect product, and I'll do everything I can in my capacity as a Learning Technology Coordinator to prevent this from happening. If I'm successful, Adobe will lose hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue over the next 3 to 5 years, and my university will not be subjected to this sort of inferior/corrupt conduct.
Good bye Adobe. I've given up trying to cancel my subscription and have instructed my bank to put a stop on all Adobe transactions. I will also be complaining to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, with plenty of evidence. -

There was as error when i tried to update my itunes. I am trying to reinstall but now i get an error message saying to verify if I am able to have apple mobile service. How do i do that?
Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall press on)
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.

That looks like a JSON bookmarks backup file, from 11-01-2012. Did you try '''restoring''' that file?

Never messed with JSON files other than viewing them on a few occasions out of curiosity. There are no line breaks which make them very difficult to read.
As far as working with that file in {like} NotePad goes:
A. use Find / Search for each indecent of a '''"uri"''' string, then "copy and paste" the uri into another text file, and then move on to the next "uri" string.
B. use a text program where a filter can be set for the "uri" field in the JSON file for a line break or to "scrape out" the "uri"s only for display or export to a list of uri's.
Or try using an online JSON editor like this, to try to display only the "uri" field.

Further to my last post, I find that swiping right/left over an individual song does produce a "Delete" button. Having deleted all the songs and returned to the playlist, tapping it really DOES produce the three options albeit only on the playlists I have added, not the ones that were already there.
