    I have been trying to figure out how i cancel my Photoshop Photography Program and seem to be stuck in a loop. I log in and go to manage then cancel my account and it pops up please contact customer care, i then click this link and it takes me to a webpage that tells me how to do it and i navigate through and click the cancel my account and it then says contact customer care then shows me how to do what i just went through and so the loop continues.
    Anyone from customer service monitor this forum? If yes please tell me how to cancel my account?

    I have tried following the instructions for canceling my 12 month subscription to creative cloud (I am currently in the last month), but when I click on the link "Cancel this plan", I get the message:
    If you cancel your plan, you will lose access to certain features of your Creative Cloud membership, including certain applications, a higher level of services, and additional cloud storage.
    The options just go round and round in a loop.
    Why is there not a link to cancel direct without having to ring customer support? If there is I cannot find it, can one of the site admins please help?

    The Photoshop Photography Program was purchased on 6th Feb, 2014, since it is an yearly contract hence there is a cancellation fee of 39.51GBP attached, if you confirm the payment , please send me a personal message, I shall get it completed for you.

    Hi, I can´t find anymore the offer ADOBE made somewhere in September for existing Photoshop users. 9,99 Euros/month period. The offer was anounced for a period until 31st December 2013. Where is it? Has anybody a link? I can´t believe that Adobe buried this offer silently. That would mean that they don´t stick to what they offer. I am hopefully just to stupid to find the offer on Adobe.com

    But I saw it also on the Adobe website somewhere in September.

    I would say the that the original offer from September is different, to the current one, because, as I wrote before and as I understood it, there were no plans to change the price after a certain period. I read this also in the FAQ about that offer in September, but this is gone for the moment or I am not able to find it.
    The price for the current offer will change after one year. I couldn´t find the rules in english (don´know how to switch to the english language on my computer, but this is the text in German:
    Verlängerung
    Der Preis gilt für den vollen Zeitraum von 12 Monaten. Anschließend wird Ihr Vertrag automatisch zum dann gültigen Angebotspreis verlängert, sofern Sie nicht zuvor kündigen. Der Preis kann jederzeit geändert werden, Sie werden davon jedoch immer vorab in Kenntnis gesetzt.

    Same problem here (Dec 02, 7pm in Germany). I signed up for an Adobe ID just to get the "not eligible" response
    Is the offer period over or is that some strange issue and there's still hope?

    I originally signed up for the Photoshop Photography Program (For CS3+ customers) in November 2013 which included Behance Prosite.
    Now my Photoshop Photography Program (For CS3+ customers) subscription is due for renewal I'm being told that my renewal switches to the Creative Cloud Photography Plan which does not include Behance Prosite.
    Having invested 12 months in setting up and using Behance I am very disappointed that I cannot continue with my Behance Prosite without increasing my subscription.
    It seems this change was made in May 2014 but I do not seem to have been told or missed the consequence of the change as I would probably have abandoned my Prosite back in May.
    I've been unable to find anyone else on this forum or anywhere else on the internet upset and disappointed at losing their Behance Prosite access so I just wanted to ask on the forum to see what experience other members have had after one year and the renewal of their Photoshop Photography Program (For CS3+ customers) subscription, have they been switched onto the Creative Cloud Photography Plan or have they stayed on their original Photography Program (For CS3+ customers) subscription.
