You can manage your account by logging into adobe.com and taking the following steps:
*Sign in the top right corner using your Adobe.com credentials
*Click on your name (same location) and select ‘My products and services’
*From there you can check on your status, log in/account info, etc.

When you say you just purchased Formscentral exactly what do you mean? Formscentral has not been sold as a stand alone product in a while due to the decision to close the service. If you got Formscentral as part of a Acrobat subscription then you need to know that that part of the subscription will go away partially in June and fully in July. If you have indeed managed to purchase Formscentral standalone recently can you please give me the information about your purchase such as the date of purchase and link to the site from which you purchased. Refunds are available to customers who are not able to use the service though their contract period.

As an official policy you can't. The Terms of Sale for the iTunes Store say that all sales are final. But you can contact the iTunes Store, explain your mistake, and ask if there's anything they can do for you:

Any app that is purchased with your Apple ID - that must have used your password in order to download it - is considered to be approved by the terms of sale in the app store and iTunes - or else how could the purchase have been made?
Was your ID used and your password entered? If so, you approved it. If someone else installed an app or made a purchase without your approval - that's not Apple!s fault.

Adding to what RG said, first, to prevent this from happening again, turn off "In App purchases" in the Restrictions settings on your iPhone. You may also want to turn off the ability to install apps, to prevent purchases in case the child gets hold of your iTunes Store account information, and set the password to be required immediately. Does your purchased rmusic appears under the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) ? If they do and you don't have the cloud symbol against them so as to re-download them, then do you still have the entries for them in your library i.e. where you would normally click on them to play them ? If you do then try deleting them from there (iTunes will be seeing them and assuming that you still have them somewhere) and they should then get the cloud symbol for re-downloading in the Purchased link.

You cannot contact Openreach, but its possible one of the BT Care Team may be able to find out what is going on, and arrange to have the DACS removed, so you can get broadband.
If you would like to contact one of the UK based BT Care Team who moderate this forum, they should be able to help you.

This is my first web site design and I am using the CSS style twoColLiqRtHdr. I have changed the background color to every division but a white space remains around and below my left hand / main content column. I presume this has to do with the 'liquid' element of the style - and I even figured out how to fix the problem below my RH column but I am at an impass regarding the left side....

Based on what little info you've provided, I'm guessing you're grappling with how to achieve equal height columns with CSS.
