How do I cancel  one of my creative cloud plans?

I have two plans, but one of these plans is wrong  order.  Can you help me or teach me how to cancel the wrong one?

    Sorry for the frustrating experience, looking at the account I could see the billing has been stopped for the subscription and you will continue to have the access to software till 2016.

    Is it possible that you are using the same password for the old O2 Study and newer O2 Apple Base Station networks?
    If so, Keychain Access is storing the old information about the old network and may be associating it with your AirPort Extreme settings based on the BSSID that William has mentioned.
    If that's the case, open Macintosh HD > Applications > Utilities > KeyChain Access and look for a listing with the old network name. Delete this entry. You may need to power down both the computer and the AirPort Extreme and restart them.

    You cannot merge them.
    All purchases will always be tied to the account from which they were purchased.
    You can simply stop using one of them.

    Johnnyontherocks it is likely you installed an updated version of the Adobe Application Manager.  Remove all copies of Adobe Creative software from the computer and reinstall to downgrade the installation.

    On October 27th 2014, you have purchased two CC (one complete &one photography) under the same Adobe ID. That is the reason you are being asked for a code because under one Adobe ID only one CC can be activated(twice).
    Please contact Adobe Support or you can inbox me privately the CC order number  that you would like to cancel.
    You can also check if the host file has Adobe entry or not as if Adobe entries are there then also CC can ask for serial number. You can check the host by the followinh method.
    Creative cloud do not need a serial number. it will be using your Adobe ID on which you have purchased the creative cloud membership.
    So you need to login with your Adobe ID and password to activate the cloud membership.
    Log out & log back in of the CC Desktop App.
    In case it is not signing in successfully please try the following:
    I don't know which operating system you are working on so i am giving you some steps windows and MAC OS:
       Windows:
       In windows 7 navigate to following location:
         /windows/system32/drivers/etc
       1. look out for "Hosts" file
       2. Open it with notepad
       3. Check if you have any entry for Adobe
       4. Remove the entries and try again launching any product from CC
      Mac:
       1. Please click on "Go" and navigate to /private/etc
       2. Open "hosts" file and check out for any entries for Adobe.com
       3. Remove the entries and save the file
       4.  try again launching any product from CC

    Moreover I quoute Preran: The Adobe ID is used for the activation process. Previously you could activate only on two instances of the same OS. That restriction has been removed. Also, if you log into a third computer on which you have installed CC, you are automatically logged out of one of the previous computers where you have logged in. (Re: With Flash CC can I install it on both my PC and Mac?)
