How do I cancel this contract?
I have the Family Share Plan with 4 phones. How do I cancel this entire account before the contract end date? Any idea how much this would cost? Thanks!
To cancel, you need to call Customer service at 800-922-0204. Each line has it's own contract end date - and how much it would cost for the ETF's depends on what phones are tied to the lines (based on what was purchased and when) and how much of the contract is left on each line.
For smartphones, the fee is $350 less $10 for each month of completed contract. For basic phones, it's $175 less $5 for each completed month.
Note: If you are planning to port to another carrier, and you want to keep the same numbers, DON'T cancel - just go to the new carrier and have them PORT the numbers to their service. This will automatically cancel your Verizon service, and a final bill with the ETF's will be generated.

If you haven't already, try restarting the iPhone, it could just be that the store is stuck. Shutting down and starting back up tends to resolve these sorts of issues.

You've checked the purchase history on your account via your computer's iTunes : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases.

If nothing shows on your iTunes purchase history (you don't have a Mac and have any purchases in the Mac App Store), and you only have the one account, then you should contact your card issuer.

You can cancel an iCloud storage upgrade but only within 15 days of buying:

If it is more than 15 days since you purchased the storage you cannot cancel it for a refund; you can downgrade your plan as from your next renewal date. Please see

How can I contact a representative of Verizon to help me cancel my contract so I can switch carriers to get a phone that is reliable and a Co. that supports its products? Verizon seems to have many blocking scripts or dead ends when trying tio contact someone who can help the customer. Jim RThe phone is your responsibility, if it's before the 1 year warranty you can get defects fixed by the Manufacturer of the phone. If you want to leave pay your termination fee, or find a carrier who claims they will do it but don't really expect it to happen either.

I have the same problem. For about 1 month ago I extended my iCloud storage account (+20 GB) in order to maintain my backups for iPHONE and iPAD as my account would expire 14/10. In spite of this, I got an email 15/10, which said that iCloud was reduced to 5 GB. 2 hours later I received a new email with comfirmation on the purchase of +20 GB storage plan. However, I only have access to 5 GB on my iPad and iPhone. Called Apple Support but they couldn´t help me. Did you find any solution ?

I ordered an Adobe Revel app on a 30 free trial which downloaded successfully. However I find it isn't what I require but have already been debited £3.99 after only 3 days? How can I stop this monthly billing and why is a 30 free trial not what is advertised?

You only get charged for Revel if you choose the monthly or yearly paid subscription options, which indicate their prices before you complete the purchase. If you choose the "complimentary 30 days" option instead, you get full use of Revel for 30 days, and you won't be charged at all -- unless you later choose to upgrade to one of the paid options. -

I wish that were true ckuan. I would not have to have this frustration. The email came in at 3:08pm and this is the quote:

So, NO I DID NOT ASK FOR THIS!! THEY UPGRADED ME WITHOUT ASKING!!! AND NOW THEY MAKE IT EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO CANCEL!!
