I have the Family Share Plan with 4 phones. How do I cancel this entire account before the contract end date? Any idea how much this would cost? Thanks!

To cancel, you need to call Customer service at 800-922-0204. Each line has it's own contract end date - and how much it would cost for the ETF's depends on what phones are tied to the lines (based on what was purchased and when) and how much of the contract is left on each line.
For smartphones, the fee is $350 less $10 for each month of completed contract. For basic phones, it's $175 less $5 for each completed month.
Note: If you are planning to port to another carrier, and you want to keep the same numbers, DON'T cancel - just go to the new carrier and have them PORT the numbers to their service. This will automatically cancel your Verizon service, and a final bill with the ETF's will be generated.

If you haven't already, try restarting the iPhone, it could just be that the store is stuck. Shutting down and starting back up tends to resolve these sorts of issues.

You've checked the purchase history on your account via your computer's iTunes : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases.

You can cancel an iCloud storage upgrade but only within 15 days of buying:
Apple have made this as difficult as possible. However two posters have managed to achieve this. Elizellen was able to use Express Lane to get a refund:

How can I cancel my contract with Verizon without any fees because Verizon has failed to provide me with a workable phone for over 2 months despite many hours talking to tech support and several replacement phones, batteries, power cord, and sim card etc

Verizon seems to have many blocking scripts or dead ends when trying tio contact someone who can help the customer. The phone is your responsibility, if it's before the 1 year warranty you can get defects fixed by the Manufacturer of the phone. If you want to leave pay your termination fee, or find a carrier who claims they will do it but don't really expect it to happen either.

You only get charged for Revel if you choose the monthly or yearly paid subscription options, which indicate their prices before you complete the purchase. If you choose the "complimentary 30 days" option instead, you get full use of Revel for 30 days, and you won't be charged at all -- unless you later choose to upgrade to one of the paid options.
