How do I connect with online support? 

What is the “right” answer?  It never shows. 
Can you please just forward this message to a real human being?  I have received a promotion and no longer need Adobe Creative Cloud.  I have had this service since March 2012.  Please cancel my subscription.

    For several hundred productions, Pr CS6 worked perfectly for me.  Now, for some unknown reason, when I attempt to render video, the render progress window continually shows more and more frames to be processed.  Therefore when I get to 80% rendered it drops back to 70% and increases the total frames in the render.... over and over, so that I never get past 99% rendered... regardless of how long I let it process.

    I recently placed an online order for an Iphone 6 plus and new service. The phone has not yet shipped and I would like to cancel the whole order. The customer service rep over the phone told me I had to let it ship and then refuse the delivery... That just doesn't sound right to me and I do not want to be billed for this, as I'm assuming I will be charged as soon as it ships.     Here I found what I was looking for but it comes in 2 parts.  After downloading, I am unable to open anything, and I get the following message:  "the file archive part of Flash Pro CS5 is missing.  You need all parts in the same folder in order to extract Flash Pro CS5.  Please download all parts"  I also got 'We've encountered the following issues:  installer failed to initialize. File not found, Please download Adobe Support Advisor to date the problem"
    I had downloaded part one and two. However, they are separate downloads, and i don't understand why it is telling me to download all parts.
    Also, it is very hard finding the chat area which is 24/7.  There is a place where you can see the support options, but the Chat option is not active. [The forum option is an active link].
    Your help/advice is appreciated.

    you need to dl both the exe and the 7z files, put them in the same folder and then double click the exe.

    While there's very little we fellow users here on the forum can do to  help with regarding a refusal by Adobe's servers to activate your license, it might be helpful if you'd define exactly what you mean by "not accepting license".  It's possible you're having a basic installation problem, and not a problem with activation.

    Activation is not a feature that helps the customer, it's a feature that protects Adobe.  It comes at an ongoing cost - both to the customer and to Adobe, and it's simply not acceptable for them to choose to stop paying that cost, and not allowing people to continue to use the software that they legitimately licensed.
    Providing technical support for an older version is something that's completely different than providing activation support.
    We fall a bit into gray area where someone has trouble installing an old version of Photoshop on a new computer, but if the problem is just that the user has exceeded the allotted activation count then there's no excuse for being put off by Adobe Customer Support.  The activation technology is capable of continuing, as it has, to ensure the user isn't running the software on too many computers.
    I really, really hope that I'm misinterpreting what sounds like a bad trend based on recent comments on this forum about Adobe Customer Support not supporting people in reactivating their older software after a failure or computer replacement.

    Hey all,
    i am trying to compile mplayer (or mplayer2, i have tried several pkgbuilds from aur), as the package from extra doesn't have support for the the gif89a video_out driver. I have giflib package installed, so i have the /usr/lib/include/gif_lib.h in my filesystem. If i try to compile mplayer with the ./configure --enable-gif option, it fails with the following error message:
    libmpdemux/demux_gif.o: In function `demux_close_gif':
    demux_gif.c:(.text+0x39): undefined reference to `PrintGifError'
    libmpdemux/demux_gif.o: In function `demux_open_gif':
    demux_gif.c:(.text+0x293): undefined reference to `PrintGifError'
    libmpdemux/demux_gif.o: In function `demux_gif_fill_buffer':
    demux_gif.c:(.text+0x95b): undefined reference to `PrintGifError'
    demux_gif.c:(.text+0xb1a): undefined reference to `PrintGifError'
    ...among others, because some other libraries (cdio_paranoia, theora and caca) have undefined references too. If i check the source of giflib, i see the missing function 'PrintGifError' in 'lib/gif_err.c', but i don't have this file on my filesystem. My question is from where should i obtain these sources, and where i need to place them to compile mplayer successfully?
