How do I cause a link to forward to a different one

I believe I started a thread on this forum last year where someone told me that it is possible to enter html code that causes a web page to redirect to a new web page. For example, I can get www.mysite.com to forward to www.mysite.com/page1. Can anyone point me to that threat or otherwise inform me of the required code?
Also, if I change the file name page1 to page2, is it possible that users who go to www.mysite.com/page1 will land on www.mysite.com/page2 instead of getting an error message?

Well, I'm kind of answering my own question, because I found by accident that a diagonal stroke across the middle of the screen pulls up a row of icons at the top - or at least it does sometimes. So my first question is ansered, and I hope this might help others, but it prompts another - why did I have to find this out by accident?
And is there a way I can make it a default to keep these icons visible all the time?

Sounds to me like the image is Inline ie part of the text.

How can I cause HP Mobile Printing print jobs to default to duplex printing?

I purchased an HP Officejet Pro 8620 a few days ago--for use with my Windows 7 PCs. I want all print jobs to default to two-sided (i.e., duplex) printing.
I used Windows' Devices and Printers to access the printer's preferences. I selected "Two-sided (Duplex) Printing" as the Printing Shortcut. This causes all print jobs from Windows to default to two-sided printing.
(Side-point: I notice that all of the printing shortcuts have padlocks on them; if I change any of the properties, a new entry ("User Specified Print Settings") is created; I press the Cancel button to avoid creating the new entry.)
Then I opened a 10-page PDF on an Android device and printed it using HP Mobile Printing (i.e., the HP Print Service Plugin on my Android device). The plugin interface has limited print options; duplex isn't one of them. The printer did not print the PDF duplexed!
How can I cause *all* print jobs (including those from HP Mobile Printing) to default to duplex printing?

There are several different printing solutions available for Android, such as HP's built-in print solution for Android, the HP ePrint mobile app, HP's built-in print solution for Android, etc..
As much as I aware, none will allow setting duplex printing as default, still.. mobile printing is more limited than a standard PC..
The HP plugin allow printing to a printer connected to the same local network from several apps which support the plugin, its features are limited as included in my previous link.
The HP ePrint mobie app allow printing to both a printer connected to the same network or via the cloud using the HP ePrint service to print even when the Android device is not connected to the same network as the printer.
As well there is a new 3rd party service, the Mopria Print Service which allow printing from specific apps through the local network, it should be quite similar to HP's built-in print solution for Android

I surely do not mean to confuse you, but would like to provide you any of the options (Yes, I know, it is quite a confusing field..) and worth trying if it may allow changing the default settings, I personally not aware so it worth trying..

- Select the content (rectangle,text etc) and click on hyperlink dropdown > it should show you the added files list

How can I add a link to an item within a workflow email - which will always find the item - even if it's status has changed?

I've used the method within the SharePoint designer to add a link to the workflow context current item URL, but when the current item status changes then obviously this link will no longer work.
How can I change this link so that it will always open the item, even if someone has changed it within the list, before I clink on the link?
This is an important one as over 300 people will use the list and many of these will be emails about items on the list will be in different time zones. I don't want to have lots of mails from people saying "this list doesn't work" as it's
critical they keep using it.
Please help.
P.S. I don't know if the <href> method will work, so if someone can confirm to me then that would be great.

I’ m not very clear about the status you said. Please descript more detail which URL do you want to display.
Per my knowedge, you can display the following url in your email body:
[%Workflow Context: Current Item URL%]
[%Workflow Context: Current Site URL%]
[%Workflow Context: Workflow Status URL%]
[%Current Item: Encoded Absolute URL%]
Please start the workflow automatically when an item is changed and changed.
No matter how you edit the item or update the approve status, the URLs remains the same.

How Can I Attach and Link an XML file to a 3D Model in a PDF?
What I am trying to do is find out how to have a 3D model and a parts list linked to it within the PDF file. I would also like to be able to add to the parts list if at all possible once the pdf has been created. A template to create future PDF's with the 3D model and list might also be useful.
I am not entirely sure if this is all possible within a PDF file, but I have viewed a PDF (Adidas Trainer) example which has a Excel file attached to it which links to the 3D model. I have also had a look at partner products such as Lattice, Tetra4D, Anark, which can do animations and all sorts, but frankly it seems a bit overkill for what I am looking to do.
Please, any help would be appreciated. Thanks

How many devices can I linked to an AirPort Extreme. It seems that whenever I have more than 3 devices (all iPhone and iPad), I can't link the fourth one.

The answer will depend on the type of modem that you have connected to the AirPort Extreme.
If the AirPort Extreme is connected to a simple modem, then it will act as the main router for your network. In that case, the AirPort Extreme will support up to 50 wireless devices and 150 wired Ethernet devices.
If the AirPort Extreme is connected to a modem/router combination device....also known as a gateway.....then it is your modem/router that determines the number of devices that can connect to the network.
If you are unsure of what type of product you might have, post back with the make and model number of the device that you call your "modem". (We do not need a serial number for the device).

I've just bought my mum an iPod nano 6th generation for her birthday and I want to put some music onto it for her so it's all ready to go. I'll be copying from a MacBook Pro to her device, then the rest of the time her downloads will be added on a Windows PC. Is this possible/legal? How many devices can you link to one iTunes account?

You can authorize up to 10 devices on iTunes Match.
An iPod nano is not a device that works with iTunes Match so any music you put in it will have to go through itunes. Which means yes, you can put music you've bought from itunes on her device, as well as your imported music. That iPod won't count as one of the 10 devices either because it will not be using iTunes Match.
Your plan might not go so smoothly if you plan on synchronizing the ipod to two different libraries. You'd be safer importing any music you want to share with her from your library to her computer either by downloading with your own Apple ID or through another media (DVD, external HD...) and authorizing. You cannot merge Apple ID accounts, that has never been supported.
You can contact the Apple ID Security folks per the listing in http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699 and they can help reset security questions and get the account working.
