How do I change apple store from uk to ireland for apps

I bought my ipad in Uk but now live in Ireland. Unable to download Netflix. I think this may be because I have signed up for Netflix Ireland but My ipad is set to UK apps store. For example I am not allowed to download BBC iplayer because the store recognises I am not in Uk. How can I change default App Store from Uk to Ireland?

You have your Ireland address on your account ? If you go to the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app on your iPad and tap on your account id, tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account, does the Country/Region section correctly show as Ireland - if not then tap on it and change it.
The iPlayer app is rated 17+, so it may be the age rating restriction as per Netflix and your other thread

Hello this is Cesar, my problem it is that I have registrated my credit card from El Salvador but right now I want to buy some product from the USA store, but I can't even though I'm trying to change the region or country from El Salvador to USA and actualizing my billing address with a new Debit card (from USA) with belongs to me, and once I have filled all the required information when I click "done", a small window apear with a message saying that the address billing that has been submited doesn't match with my bank record. So I have incountable times done it without success. Just some minutes back I talked with my bank to verify if was some mistake but everything it is fine. So, I need to know what is it the problem and how can I solve it.

You cannot purchase from the US iTunes Store unless you are physically present in and have a mailing address in the US. You are not allowed to use the US store from El Salvador even though you may have a US-issued gift card or debit card.

I've agreed to the terms and conditions for the store added the credit card details and finished the process.
I then go back into the ap store and try to purchase an ap and it keeps tellin me I need to switch to the UK store.

When on the main page of the Mac App Store, scroll to the very bottom. You'll see in the bottom right, a small orb with the country flag. Click that. It'll then come up and display a list of countries. Choose the country you want (UK) and click. A voila - all sorted (or so I hope!)
