I've changed Bridge CC file associations from CS6 manually to Photoshop CC. It remembers only for the open session then reverts back.

I am trying to make a movie on imovie of a snowboarding trip that I went on, there is around 80 to 100 gig of mp4 movies that will not fit on my computer that I have stored on my external harddrive. I have a WD 1TIG hard drive and are using usb connection, is it possible to use fire wire with these? I have had trouble with a lot of the videos I Imported, once they downloaded the file in the viewer window showed up blank and when I mouse over them it places a picture of another file in the window and wont drag and drop into the movie window, like their corrupted or something? Had to delete just about all of them and start again. Also is it possible to select a bunch of videos in the viewer window as to change the dates to the correct dates? All I have been able to do is "select all" which is no help.

Change it on what way ? You can update the primary email address on an account by tapping on it in Settings > iTunes & App Store on an iOS device and signing into the account, via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes or via http://appleid.apple.com
If you want to log out of the account so that you can log in with a different account then tap on it in Settings > iTunes & App Store if using an iOS device and sign out, or on a computer's iTunes use the Store > Sign Out menu option. Any content downloaded by the currently logged in account will remain tied to that account, so only that account will be able to redownload it and/or download updates to its apps

For the issue, we can restore Default File Extension Type Associations through adding the registry entries.
1. Download the .reg file from the following link.

2. Save the .reg file to your desktop.
3. Double click on the downloaded .reg file to Merge it.
4. If prompted, click on Run, Yes (UAC), Yes, and OK to approve the merge.
5. Sign out and in, or restart the computer to apply.
6. If you are logged in as a standard user and this still does not help, then have the administrator also merge the needed .reg file for the listed file extension or protocol below while logged into their administrator account.

Help! - How do I change the Home file name back to Home? My supplier changed it to Demo. I've tried pressing return, control click and Get Info but none gives access to change the name. Any ideas?

The Home folder isn't named "Home." It is named for the user account it represents.
Who is your "supplier?" Sounds like they're not terribly bright.
Can you provide some details on why they "changed" it. Is this a brand new Mac? Were you having information transferred from another computer?
It sounds like you just need to create a new account and get rid of "Demo."
While logged into the "Demo" account, go to System Preferences in the Apple Menu.
Click on Users & Groups
If the padlock is locked, click on it and enter your password.
Click the + button at the bottom of the list of users. This will create a new account. Fill in the information you'd like to use for your account. The account name is what will be used for the "Home" folder.
Once created, select it from the list and check the box to "Allow user to administer this computer."
You can then log out of "Demo" and log in as your new user. If there is nothing in the Demo account that you want, you can delete it from the Users & Groups System Pref.
