2 questions need help with deleting old credit card info on itunes account, have $15 dollar credit on itunes card, that i cant use, keeps on telling me invalid security code, just want to take of card all together. and have $25 itunes card that i cannot redeem because the numbers were wiped off to hard. help

Are you using the US store? If so, and you're being asked for credit card information, then your credit balance isn't likely enough to cover the purchase. The US store's prices don't include local sales taxes which are added in the final steps of the sale, just like at the corner store and if the credit balance doesn't cover local taxes, you need to add another gift card or supply a credit card.

You should able to. Try tapping on your id in Settings > Store and select 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account, and your account's page there should be a payment information link (I assume that shows in iOS 4.3.3).
If not, then on your computer's iTunes you should be able to edit your payment info by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should be a payment link.

When you access an iTunes account from a new computer it will ask for the security code to verify that you are the one accessing the account. In a situation where you no longer have that security code, you would want to either add a different card, or you can email iTunes support to have the issue corrected.
