I installed Icloud on a work PC using my personal icloud apple ID. Now I want to change the account to a new apple ID that I created specifically for my work phone and PC. Having trouble as every time I un-install from the pc and attempt to reinstall it brings up my personal apple ID. Help

Firstly, you need to change your details with Apple, Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
Providing you are simply updating your existing details and not changing to another account, when you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.

On the iPOd yu can go to Settings>Store and sign out of one account and sign into another account.
Just what are you trying to accomplish since you can only synce with one iTunes library.

Yes you can continue to use the former ID for the iTunes Store.
If you are using iMessages or FaceTime, you will also need to log out and into your ID there too.

Thank you Roger, your solution gave me the courage to sign out of Systems Preferences. The pop up told me it was going to delete my contact and other information from my mac, so I was hesitant to do that. Well I did as you directed and I was able to sign in with my new apple id and I did not lose the information the pop up threatened I was going to. So again thank you. It is the little things that make a big difference sometimes.

You will wait for the rest of your life. You need to fix it; no one else will. To turn off "Find my iPhone" and its associated Activation Lock you need the Apple ID and password that were used to turn it on.
