How do I change Illustrator doc. window settings from maximizing all open minimized files at once?

In Illustrator CS6 preferences I can't figure out how to change my settings for document windows.
I have the untabbed documnets un checked, I do not want to use tabbed documents.
I work with several ai. floating docs at one so I have them minimized in my dock (on a Mac).
When I click on one to work with all the minimized docs maximize, it's so annoying! Is there a way to stop this?

If you did edit >> preferences >> (uncheck) open documents as tabs, and the windows are floating, then you minimize each, then clicking quiclly and letting go in dock shoudl maximize one at a time.
I do seem to have found a bug. if I have 3 docs minimized in dock, create a new documnet, then i get 2 open windows.
Did you update to 16.04?

Here is the information that you should follow when using DAQ with a Macintosh. I have junk mail filtering turned on in iCloud. If it incorrectly tags mail as junk it is easy to correct using the web interface but there doesn't seem to be a way to do it from iPhone. How can you mark mail as junk / not junk from iOS? Matters are made worse in that it is not even possible to access the web app from an iOS device?

Yes! Fine if you have a computer and of course that's exactly what I do. But it is a bit frustrating! iOS and iCloud are supposed to be seamlessly integrated and this seems like a big omission. And with the push towards iOS devices being completely independent devices, unhooked from a computer, this seems like something that should be improved upon. Seems minor, but if you use your iOS device as your primary email client it is a real hassle. I'd be surprised if nobody else is frustrated by this. Anyone? How do you go about nagging Apple to sort it out?

Hello fellow illustrators! When I open Illustrator, and want to search through previous drawings, I can't see a preview, or thumbnail, only the pink flower? Do you have this problem? Is there some setting somewhere (I've looked in preferences) that will allow me to see other Illustrator files? As it is now, I have to open each once to see if it is the one i need. Not sure I follow you. Are you saying save an .ai file with PDF compatibility "on" or are you saying save a PDF with AI compatibility on? This part confuses me: "but always save a pdf next to the .ai file of which the spacebar hotkey works great on.".
I typically just save a PDF with AI compatibility. The PDF is slightly larger, but fully compatible with AI and easy to share for proofing, etc.

How can you minimize all open pdf files at once in Acrobat 10?

My company just switched us to Acrobat 10 from 6. Now if I have a number of pdf files open I have to minimize each of them individually. Before all you did was click the minimize button and the program just minimized to the taskbar. How do you do that in Acrobat 10? The Help link is of no use in the program. Maybe this can't be done any longer. If not, pretty stupid.

I presume you mean the phone number by which you can be reached in addition to your Apple ID and other email addresses.
Your iPad should pick it up through the iCloud FaceTime servers from your iPhone. If it does not, you can try disconnecting both the iPhone and the iPad from FaceTime, then connecting the iPhone, and finally connecting the iPad.

Wrong Apple ID: How do I change the Apple ID prompt when Updating All Apps?

How can I change the (wrong) Apple ID from the password prompting dialogue when I am already signed in Apple Store with my own ID?
More details of my problem:
When I try the Apps' Update-All option in my iPod 4, the password dialogue prompts me with my girlfriend's Apple ID; YET, I AM signed in the Apple Store with MY own Apple ID.
I have already verified my ID under Settings/Store. I have also signed out, signing back in with my Apple ID, just in case. No problems there, for I DO sign in with my own ID ok. The problem is just the prompt dialogue for password, when I try to use the 'Update All' feature it prompts me for password with her ID, not mine.
If I go back to Apps and choose the Categories (or Top25) menu, at the bottom of the page, it shows me signed in (my Apple ID). If I try to update one Apps it will do ok. But if I try to Update All it will prompt me for password using her ID, waiting for me to type in HER password. I cannot change the Apple ID on that dialogue (static). If I use my password, it will return the "wrong password" dialogue.
How can I change the prompt for the Update All? What is going on here that I AM signed in but my iPod prompts me with her ID. My iPod is registered under my Apple ID. I have already tried the Hard reset by pressing Home and Power buttons simultaneously, to no avail. I am also using my own network to go Online. I am also with the latest OS in my iPod and my Mac's iTunes.

I downloaded a paid app "Imray Marine Rules and Signals v1.5" in the USA with my original account (Account1) then moved countries and needed to create a new Apple account (Account2). If I get 'Info' for the app, it is registered to Account1.
A new version 1.6 of the Imray app has now been released.
I have set up only Account1 on the iphone (settings - App Store) and both Account1 and Account2 in iTunes on my computer. My iphone always tells me there is 1 app to update. However, when I try to update this app on my iphone, I get asked for the password for Account2, then the download fails as it says I do not have a paid earlier version to update.
When I am logged into my computer iTunes as Account1 and try to update it on the computer iTunes, it says there are no apps to update (although my version of the app is definitely the old version).
When I search for the app in iTune Store, it tells me I have already downloaded version 1.6 of the app and the download button is grayed out.
If I temporarily delete the app from my iTunes then try to re-download, I am asked to purchase it again.
If I log into iTunes as Account2 then try to download it, I am asked to purchase it.
Any ideas? I feel I have tried every option and no success.

I'm having the exact same problem. It does not seem to be a settings issue but rather some sort of "problem" with mac mail. My Exchange provider was able to setup my mailbox on a test machine running Mavericks and everything pulled in fine, however I cannot duplicate on my upgraded system.
I was able to get rebuild my mailbox and get the older messages within my Exchange inbox, however none of my folders and old messages outside of the Inbox are downloading/synching.
**NOTE** I contacted Apple SUpport and they told me to call my email provider. I called my email provider which did as described above and they don't see a problem. SO as suspected it has something to do with the Mavericks update but I'm not sure Apple is willing to help. I might try contacting them one more time and see.
