I called this number and spoke to someone who denied all knowledge of neededing to do this for SkySportsTV app; After inisisting I was eventually told that they could deal with it and was on hold for 30minutes waiting to be put through to another department, at which point I was cut off!!!! Any other ideas? The first phone call probably cost me a fortune; was on there for 54mins! Thanks PS The cricket starts now.....haha

Settings-icloud-scroll to the bottom, select delete, if you want to keep the content select keep, otherwise it'll remove it. Then once it is done add the account information for the account you want on that phone. Your apple ID in settings-store will remain the same and each device can still purchase/use content from that account.

On both your devices go to Settings>iCloud, then scroll down and click "Delete Account". You can then sign back in using your updated details.

Thank you Sky team. This problem is now resolved. My Sky sports Mobile TV is working again I mean't to ask this earlier but if I ever change my Android device (that supports Sky Sports Mobile TV) again in the future do I have to go through the same process? Is it just a case of unsubscribing with your old deivce on Google Play and then subscribing again with your new device?
