How do I change my email for the forum?

i can't see any way to change the email address i receive notifications from Apple Support Communities.
is there a way to change the current email address in my profile?

You might want to rethink your thoughts about making transferring authority easier. Making it too easy would certainly degrade your account's security. If you still believe it should be easier, you can send feedback directly to Apple via http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunesapp.html

From the menu bar, select
Messages ▹ Preferences ▹ Accounts
Sign out of the account. Add another one and sign in.

Go to https//appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Tap edit next to the primary email account, tap Edit, change it back to your old email address and save the change (you don't need to verify the address). Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud), and use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Next, go back to https//appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

How should I write my emails to the forums?

When you write emails to the forums to start or respond to threads, you need to watch out for some potential problems in your message content.
Do not use square brackets in your message or subject. Square brackets are interpreted as command codes and can lead to unexpected results, including unreadable messages*.
Do not end a line in "wrote:". A line that ends in "wrote:" will be seen as a quoted message and from there onwards all content will be deleted. If you are used to classic quoting this will even result in a completely empty message.
Do not use a sequence of 5 hyphens ----- or underscores _____ as they will be removed together with everything after them.
If you quote messages with greater than signs ">", only quote one level deep and make sure there is a space after the greater than sign.
Do not append your signature to your email. The only people interested in your address, company affiliation, telephone number and email address are spammers and people who would like to steal your identity.
For best results use a 998 character line length limit in normal text, and a 72 character line length limit in quoted text.
* It is possible to use some very specific command codes in messages. See this document for instructions. Please note that these command codes are scheduled to change in a future update of these forums.

Presumably you've tried opening your account and editing your details on the first page, where, under your Adobe ID, you can alter it to your new email address. This is assuming that your ID is the same as your email address, which mine is.

You can go to appleid.apple.com on safari and then click on manage appleid on top right of page. enter in your full email as the appleid and then your password and sign into the account. From there next to you primary email account you will see edit click on edit and change the email address and then you can tap on save changes down at bottom right and then you will get an email to that new email that you set up to verify the contact email account for the appleid. Open that email and then click verify now and you will sign into the appleid with your new email and the same password that you have had and click verify and your all set to go with the new email on your appleid acocunt! i figured it out got to your iphone. go to settings. go to txt messages. then sign in then sign back out it should reset it. if you do this while messages is open on your mac you will get a window asking you to add your new number.

You've followed the steps half-way down that page :
Navigate to appleid.apple.com using your web browser.
Click "Manage your account"
When prompted, sign in using your Apple ID and password.
Click Password & Security
You'll be asked to answer 2 of your 3 security questions before you can make any modifications. If you are unable to remember your answers, you can choose to send an email to your rescue email to reset your security questions.
The reset link will only show if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account. If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 page that you posted from to add a rescue email address for potential future use

Welcome to the Apple Community.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
