i enterd gnail insted of gmail on apple security questions and forgot my questions answers i would make a new apple id but this account has about 25 bucks in it

Go to: https://appleid.apple.com/.
Click "Manage My Account", sign in, and go to the Password and Security section. If you've forgotten your answers, there will be a link just under the security questions fields where you can have a reset email send to your Rescue email address.
If you have no luck with the above advise, then go to - http://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html. Enter in your personal information, and explain the issue. The iTunes Store agents, are the only department that have access to resetting your Apple ID and security questions, so you will need to contact them in this fashion.
If all fails, and you still have no results, call apple at 1 800 692 7753, and see if they can assist you further.

- Settings>iCLoudl for iCloud account
- Settings>FaceRome for Apple ID and where You can Be Reached At email address
- Settings>Messages for Send And Receive email address.
- Maybe for Game Center

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.

A rescue email address for sending reset info to is not the same thing as an alternate email address, they are different settings/addresses on your account. If you don't have a rescue email address then you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions, so you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get the questions reset : https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-4551

You cannot and need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.
