How do I change my Japanese Photoshop for an English one in the Design and Web Premium CS6 series?

I recently purchased a Japanese version of Design and Web Premium CS6, I called Adobe and got a set of serial number for an English version. All the programs except for Photoshop were successfully translated into English.
How do I get an English version of the Photoshop program?

Please peform the following steps in order change the User Interface of Photoshop CS6(Japanese or any other language) to English.
Windows:
Navigate to the directory C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS6\Locales\<languageSet>\Support Files
Look for the file named "tw10418.dat"
Rename the file extension to .back from .dat(please make sure Photoshop is closed
Restart Photoshop.
You need to follow the same procedure for C:\Program Files(x86)\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS6\Locales\<languageSet>\Support Files
Mac:
Navigate to the directory /Applications/Photoshop CS6/Locales/<languageSet>/Support Files
Look for the file named "tw10418.dat"
Rename the file extension to .back from .dat(please make sure Photoshop is closed
Restart Photoshop
Note: Here <languageSet> is ccorespond to your current language.

I am running Lightroom 6 in conjunction with 64 bit Photoshop CS6. I need to install Camera Raw 9 plus other relevan updates for the Adobe Design and Web Premium CS6 package. Running Adobe Application manager finds the relevant updates but won't download / install them. Clicking the update button results in an error message "Application Manager has stopped working". This is a windows system running 64 bit Windows 7

To deactivate you normally only need to open one of the programs in the suite and select Help -> deactivate. You are allowed to have activated installations on two machines, so if you only have the one now you can keep it as a backup if you like.

I cannot imagine any problems in doing so, but you can keep your cs6 installation anyway.

I am a university student that requires a second computer. However, I do not want to purchase a second Adobe Suite Design and Web Premium Program. Does this program allow for multiple downloads? I have a Mac laptop, and I bought the Mac version of the program, is there a way to upgrade it to use it on windows? Or will it only download on a Mac device?
Chances are your license is only for the Mac platform.
You are not really limited in the number of times you might download - just the number of installations you can have activated. You can have activated installations on two machines, though they both have to be running the same platform. If it is CS6 you can request a platform swap,but that doesn't sound like what you wish to do. -

My computer is not working properly and I am about to get it fix. I was told that my software programs (Adobe Design and Web Premium full license for Windows 7 Home Premium) will be formatted which means I will not be able to have them on my computer anymore. How do I reinstall it on my computer after it is fixed? This will be my first time reinstalling it on my computer.
you just need your serial number and the installation files. you should deactivate (help>deactivate before reformatting your hd. if you don't have your serial number, use belarc advisor to recover it from you computer before doing anything else.

Error installing Photoshop CS6 (Design and Web Premium)
A similar error occurs if I try to install all of CS6.. I've had Revo Uninstaller delete all the registry keys/leftover files and tried reinstalling.. I've tried installing MS Visual C++ 2010 independently of the install. No dice. I have homework due tomorrow (of course) and my photoshop broke.. And will not install now..
