How do i change my passcode back to 4 digits
Hi
I had my simple 4 digit passcode set up and for some reason ive accidently managed to change it to the longer 8 digit passcode option which i dont want. The passcode lock section wont allow me to select the simple passcode bit as it is greyed out and inactive.
How do i change it back to a 4 digit simple code ???

If you have set up a corporate Exchange account on your phone, the administrators have the ability to enforce passcode requirements. They may have set it to require a longer passcode for security. Delete the Exchange account and try again. If it works, add the Exchage account back. If it makes you re-set it to an 8 digit passcode, then you will either have to live with it or live without the Exchange account.

If problem what happens or does not happen and when in the instructions? When you successfully get the iPod in recovery mode and connect to computer iTunes should say it found an iPod in recovery mode. -

On both your devices go to Settings>iCloud, then scroll down and click "Delete Account". You can then sign back in using your updated details.
Note: "Delete Account" will not delete data from iCloud, it will simply remove the account from your device. -

The backup does not contain the passcode. Restoring the backup does not put it back on the phone. -
I went on iTunes and the App store today and both of them have somehow changed to be in UK form. The money symbol is different and it shows me whats trending there and not in america, where I live. I made a big mistake to change the setting of my Mac book pro to "me only". Now ofcourse It cannot open the login page, for how would the mac know it is me? How can I change the setting back to "everyone"? I have back up in the past but the last month I have not. I really want to keep the data.
So how can I go in and change the setting, It stays ofcourse at the apple screen with wheel. All info is there and the computer works fine, just cannot use it or have been able to log in.wjosten is spot on. On your keyboard, press the CTRL and the , (comma) keys at the same time
You will see a box like this:
Stay on the first tab (as shown) and select the drop-down menu as arrowed
English (UK variety) is the fifth one from the top. US variety English is the sixth one
Select your choice and click on OK
There will be an additional piece of text under the menu now; it simply tells you that you need to close and re-open iTunes for the language change to take effect.

Launch iTunes. If you don't currently have your menu bar up, go control-B to bring it up. Now from the "Berwerken" menu select "Voorkeuren...", as per the following screenshot:
That gets you through to the preferences tabs. Now in the "Algemene" tab, go down to the "Taal" drop down menu. Select one of the two "Engels" entries (one is English UK and one is English US), as per the following screenshot:
... and click "OK".
Quit and restart your iTunes and you should now be seeing English again. -

umm my music is synced depending on how i want it.. so right now I have it set up by artist, and alphabetically.

I went to Europe and watched some movies on my computer that were made there. I would just change my computer back and forth from American to European movies. I didn't notice that you could only do that 5 times. On my fifth switch I changed it to European and now I am unable to change it back and I am back in the US. How can I change this back?
