You don't send anything to the device with iTunes. You connect the iOS device to iTunes and the update service will handle any updates to iOS.

Also, if you are trying to download and install a copy of the iOS 6 *.ipsw file on to a device running iOS 7, you cannot do that and it will not work.

The page that you’ve posted from has instructions for how to reset them i.e. if you have a rescue email address set up on your account then steps 1 to 5 half-way down that page should let you reset them.
If you don't have a rescue email address then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

How do I use my web cam to record audio and video? I can get the video to work but no sound.
I want to record both audio and video at the same time. The video works fine but not the audio. I do use Skype without any problems using both.

You did not say what webcam software you are using...

Make sure you have turned on a working microphone in Settings:
YouCam > Right-Side Settings >
Right-Side, Lower-Right, Select a working Microphone from the Drop down list
AND
CHECK "Capture with audio"

You can also buy (for $38 US) YouCam 5.0 from the Cyberlink.com website and it has audio/video and all sorts of other goodies, too. (They have 3.x as well, but why buy what HP already gives you?)

You can sync with one and only one computer at a time. Sycning to another will indeed erase the content from the ipod and replace with content from the new computer.
You should copy everything from the old computer to the new one. -

I have had a 3rd gen touch for a couple years. I bought my son a new 4th gen and my daughter her own 4th gen touch. I added them to my account and added a $25 iTunes card to my son's. The store is asking my security answers and I have no clue anymore. How do I get these answers?

App Store - no credit card & don't want to buy any Apps, only free ones
Hi,
I'm over 18 and I don't have a credit card (just a debit card). I have recently updated my OS and I now have the App store on my laptop. After exploring the various apps, I have some few ones in mind, of course I was just looking out for the new ones. I've never used my iTunes account till now so when I logged on so I can download the free app, it asked me for my credit card account. Of course, I don't have one, and I'm not planning to buy an app i have to pay for, is there a way around this?

My current Iphone 3 is not working properly. My wife just upgraded to an Iphone 4. I am planning on using her old 3 model. I want to save the contacts on my 3 to the sim card and then import the contacts to "new 3". I cannot figure out how to save contacts from phone to sim card. can that be done, if so how??
Contacts cannot be saved to the SIM card on an iPhone. Contacts are designed to be synced to a supported application on the comptuer. That would be Outlook or Windows Address Book, Windows Contacts on the Windows computers and Address Book on a Mac. There are also web based solutions such as Yahoo or Google. Contacts would have to be saved there and then synced to the new phone.

I got some help from an apple assistant on the phone. It is kind of round about way to get in.
Here is what he said to do and it is working for me...
a. on the device that is asking you for the security questions go to "settings", > "store" >
tap the Apple ID and choose view"Apple ID" and sign in.
b. Tap on payment information and add a credit/debit card of your preference then select
"done", in the upper right corner
c. sign out and back into iTunes on the device by going to "settings"> "store" > tap the
Apple ID and choose "sign-out" > Tap "sign -in" > "use existing Apple ID" and you
should be asked to verify your security code for the credit /debit card and NOT the
security questions.
d. At this time you can remove the card by going back in to edit the payment info and
selecting "none" as the card type then saving the changes by selecting "done". You
should now be able to use your iTunes store credit without answering the security
questions.
It's working for me ...I just have to put in my 3 digit security pin from the credit card I am using.
