How do i change my settings to have poeple hear ringing when they call me instead of a message?

When poeple call my phone, they hear a message instead of just regular ringing. How do i change that to ensure they hear just the original phone ring?

People hear a message instead of ringing only when the call goes directly to voicemail. That means it's turned off, in Airplane Mode, call forwarded to a message machine or out of a signal area.

Do this from inside the desired app, for example, TextEdit. Fom the Edit menu click Spelling and Grammar and then click Check Spelling automatically . The same for Pages (iWork) or other text app.

You will need to return the phone to the US. iPhone warranty is only good in the country of purchase, with the exception of the EU.

I have one contact with whom I communicate regularly and their photo image appears whenever they call or text me. I don't know what I did to make that happen, and I cannot get it to happen for the other people in my Contact List. The contact in which the photo does appear (along with the contact's name as well) is one that I added myself. I have photos added for many of the people in my Contact List, but neither their photo nor their name appears to me whenever they call or text me.
I know how to add a photo to a contact's information within my Contact List. I need to know how I can make that photo (or even the contact's name) appear whenever I have an incoming call/text from them. What I am seeing is just their phone number, and I do not know everyone's phone number well enough to recognize from whom I am getting a call/text. I know on older OS the screen would dim before the computer shuts off. I was wondering how to do that on Maverick. It doesn't seem to come up on display settings or energy saver.

How do i change the media type on a digital booklet when they option bar is greyed out?

I downloaded an album a couple days ago which came with a digital booklet. I am trying to put it on my phone but need to change the media type to book to be able to do this. whenever I go to the get info tab, the options tab is completely greyed out and wont let me do anything to it. I have tried selecting read only on the file and it did not work. I have windows 8. If there's is any different way of getting this on my phone, anything would be great!

The item must not be read only if you want to change it.
In the new Get Info dialog the Media Kind is in a light grey. Next to that will be the word Music. Hover over it and you should see that it is part of a drop down list control, click and select Book.

Don't know which email host you are using, but if this is a POP account, you can't do it. If IMAP, then deleting one email should delete it on all other devices.

I've changed the bill payer to myself but it stills says on emails that I sent that its from my mother.

In order for the "From" field to show you options on the "from" addresses available, you must set them up in the Preferences > Accounts first.
I can't show you a screen shot of the from field because I currently only have one account, so the from address used is the default. However, when I had more than one, then options will show up in your compose/reply window.

No, they will all follow the default setting. If you want them all to fetch, for example every 15 minutes, then set it to 15 minutes in Fetch. I only mentioned the other if you wanted to leave one for manual. I have an account on my phone that is a POP account that I get mail at home from. I let my home computer get this mail, but when I am out of town, I pick it up with the iPhone. That one is set to manual.

We may have to wait for an update. Aside from changing the country, I'm not sucre this can be done. There is no Health App in the System preferences and no way to modify from within the app. Weird.
If you go to Language & Region under general settings and choose any other country, you will get Metric. I have the opposite problem. I live in a Metric country and want my health app to be in lbs and inches which is what I am used to.
