How do i change my wallpaper to black like it shows on some of the boxes ive seen before?

I downloaded a black jpg on my desktop and tried to drag it into the iphone but it wouldnt work. How do i get it on the iphone and once i have it there how do i make it my wallpaper.

Dear Shannon??To change the wallpaper, just?upload some pics to the player. Once they?re in their right directory, just browse (in the player) to them and when showing the one you want to set as the wallpaper, press and hold the RETURN/BACK button (the one under the PLAY/PAUSE) till a little menu shows up. To set all the songs in the Playlist, in one go, so that they will play when shuffle is on, highlight the complete list and then choose File (or right-click)/Get Info/Options>Skip when shuffling - drop-down menu.
Important: if you use the multiple items method, the drop-down will always say no if just one song is set to "No". Therefore, you need to change this to "Yes" and then back to "No" for all songs to be set to No.

Changing the background isn't something you can lock down (easily). What you should do is create an account for your kids an make them log into it when they want to use your computer. Your background is unchanged and they can do whatever they like with theirs. You'll just have to be disciplined about logging out when you walk away from the computer.

Sorry to hear that didn't resolve the issue.
I checked online for issues printing from the Internet, found a couple of things you can try. Most likely it is a setting that needs to be changed in the browser settings, since the printer prints fine from the computer.
From Internet Explorer, go to File, Page setup, Remove check from "Printer background color and images" if checked, or vise versa, to see if that helps.
