Mail/Preferences/Accounts - select the account using the - sign at the bottom. You also might want to go to a good account, select Outgoing mail sever (SMPT), click on the dropdown menu, select Edit SMPT server and make sure there are no servers left associated with the old e-mail addresses.

Try from a computer. You may have to reset your password. If you can't get the comfirmation email then you can use the secret question. Once you can log in then you change the the email address.

How to update password with out of use email address

I have adobe digital editions on my desktop computer - it is authorized to an old out of use email. I can read books on the desktop.
On my Note3 phone, I can log into adobe using my new current email but I can't open eBooks.
I can't use the old email to log in because the password has to be verified with a confirmation email to that old non-existent address.
How do I escape this conundrum?
1) I would like to authorize my computer using my current email.
2) I would like to authorize my new Note3 phone - so I can read my DRM protected books.

To change the iCloud ID ("email address") you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iPhone, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. If you don't know the password for your old ID, or if it isn't accepted, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. My i Could ID has an old email address as the user name, my Apple ID has been updated to my new email address as the user ID.
i CLoud shows how to change the PW but not the UID. MY MAC Mini shows everyday that there is a problem, but yet the cloud seems to play my music fine.

Firtly, change it with Apple. Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account
Then you can change it on your device. In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
When you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.

Unfortunately you cannot change an @me.com address. Each account will require verification, if you have not yet verified your account:
Put in a request for another verification e-mail to be sent to you.
Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account
Also check your Mail rules and filtering, the verification mail may be going to a junk folder or even being deleted altogether.
