How do I change the country for my iCloud id
Hi,
I have moved from the UK to France. I would like to buy some extra storage on iCloud, but would like to pay in €, not in £. Could not find a way to do this. Found links like I cannot change my country in iCloud but looks like things changed on OSX Yosemite, so I cannot reproduce...

Thanks a lot for your help ,What country are you in ? If you are in the US then you can only use the US iTune store, and you can't use a Canadian credit card with the US store - a credit card needs to have been issued by a bank in the country where you are.
If you are in Canada then remove your old credit card from your account and then update your country/region and billing address on your account e.g. by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store on your phone and 'view Apple id' on the popup, or via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes -
How do i change the country of my credit card, ie it was registered in the UK and I have moved to Australia, but it won't change the region to Australia for me to put my new details in. It says that it must be a UK card...

and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store. They can clear the remaining balance for you so you can change countries. You may, however, wish to just create a new iTunes Store account in the Russian store. Otherwise you may lose the ability to update any apps you purchased in the US store.

I need to change the country for my Apple store account but this message appears "You have a store credit balance; you must spend your balance before you can change stores." but my credit is 1.58$ only and I couldn't buy any app with this amount! Hi, I move from Brazil to Qatar and keep using my account at Brazil since I have a credit card there and the old address.
Today Ireceived a message when I was updating my app at my iPad that I should change my payment method that was rejected (???), I try to update and keep the same message... So now maybe better to use address and card from Qatar.
I could not understand how can I change the country and shop since everything at the address is linked to Brazil.
Also I'm afraid to lose the installed app...
Please, a step by step will help a lot, I have a very low computer experience ...You won't lose apps that are installed. You will lose the ability to update them
Business with the App stores is restricted to those stores in your formal country of residence (your billing address) and a bank supported credit card from that same country. You can buy and update apps with those details only in that country.
If you have established residences and bank supported accounts in other countries you can also use those. You can buy and update apps in those countries using those details.
You cannot interchange them. You cannot merge IDs or purchase details. -

To change the ID:
For iMessage, go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive (Receive At in iOS 5), tap the ID sign out, sign back in using the other ID.
For FaceTime, do the same thing in Settings>Facetime.
For Purchasing, do this in Settings>iTunes & App Stores (Settings>Store in iOS 5).
For iCloud, you'll have to delete the account, create a new account with the other ID, and migrate your data to the new account. Before deleting the account, if you have any photos in photo stream that are not in your camera roll or backed up somewhere else save these to your camera roll or you will lose them. To do this, open the photo stream album in the thumbnail view, tap Edit, tap all the photos you want to save, tap Share, then tap Save to Camera Roll. Once this is done, go to Settings>iCloud, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. When prompted about what to do with the iCloud data, be sure to select Keep On iPod. Next, set up a new iCloud account using a different Apple ID (if you don't have one, tap Get a Free Apple ID at the bottom). Then turn iCloud data syncing for contacts, etc. back to On, and when prompted about merging with iCloud, choose Merge. This will upload the data to the new account. -

select the client and provide Log-in credentials. Now, instead of 'ENTER' there is one Tab: 'New Password' (up, left hand). Click it.

Enter User's id and Click Change icon.
It will lead to Page: Maintain User.
Here, Select tab: Logon Data
There is a Sub-Tab: Password.
Here, key-in change password and SAVE.
