How do I change the default picture when I enter my password when I first turn my computer on

I'm trying to replace the default pic with a real one.

Are you referring to the avatar? In that case, open System Preferences > Users & Groups. Then, just drag the photo you want to use as your avatar to the avatar picture you can find in System Preferences, so you will replace it.
You can also press the avatar box in System Preferences and take a photo with the camera of your computer
