How do I change the "package" of a Cube?

Greetings,
Can anyone tell me how I can change the "package" that is associated with an InfoObject/InfoProvider in B/W? I assigned it to the package "RS" when I created the objects without realizing that "RS" is a standard SAP package more appropriate for system fixes than it is custom development work. I would like to reassign these objects to a different, custom package but do not know how.
Any help is most appreciated and I will assign points !!!

This seemed to work (going thru SE10). Thanks for your help. I think I assigned the points so please check to make sure I did it correctly as I am realtively new to this process and I want to make sure I reward successfully.
Also, can you provide me any insight you have as to why this worked when the other approaches did not? What is happening "behind the scenes" within the SAP software? From what I can tell, it looks like using this approach created a new transport which, when migrated, will simply change the package of the object(s) in the target system. Is this right? If I make other changes to the objects before transporting the CTS will those changes be migrated as well?

change package :
by copy the script and during save u can change the package
sap script displays data on the form with the help of text elements where the logic is written in the print program and Forms were designed to be driven from print program.

you can change package using SE03 ,it is central.
Simple example ,you have ABAP Program
Goto SE03 ->select change object direct entries -> click on execute button
Select first check box -> enter program name -> execute -> now select Line called R3TR PROG Program name -> click on
object directory ,Now you are able to change Package.
You can do other things like Function group,table ,data element ,form and so on

I av created a datasource for the xxx planning area and saved in $tmp which is local package and cannot be transportable .and i would like to transport the planning area along with the data source.But before transporting the planning area along with the data sourse i av to change the package of the data source.I am not able to understand where should i change the package of the planning area and datasouce.
Can any body help me out of this problem.

I can't change the package of a screen .
the package is "$TMP" originally.
the screen is used by a sceen exit.
how could i change the package .

Goto SE51 --> Screen Painter
Now give the program name and the screen numebr and then go in change mode.
here go to the attributes tab.
now chk the PACKAGE
now follow the menu path
GOTO --> Object Entry Directory --> Click on Change/Display (F6 Button)
now you can change the package of the screen and press save button.
now check the attributes tab again to make sure its not $TMP.

You wouldn't see any direct effect on the Report.. But if you transport the report to QA & leave the Message class in Dev, it might result in syntax issues & you will not be able to execute the report. Just ensure that both of them get transported to QA & you will be fine.

If you are working on 4.6C,
Go to SE03-> Object Directory -> Change Object Directory entries
Execute
Under Selection by objects give Program of report- click the check box which is there before the program name execute...u will get one more screen
then place the cursor on the program name of hierarchy and then click the button 'Object directory' which is there in the application tool bar.
then change the development class.
I hope the above procedure will help you out.

Hi Naidu
Though you rename the package name, the view in that package refers to the old package and hence that view can be used in other views by including the old package name only. Renaming doesn't have significance that you expect. You can create a new package and views in it and copy the implementation of views from the old package to the views in the new package.

the current day was light blue in ical in 10.6 but with plenty of contrast, but I recently made the bigger leap all the way to calendar in 10.9. the choice of color is terrible for reasons such as Spile1962 puts below, but also not having any way to tweak it is terrible. I'm on a bran d new imac and can barely see a difference and frankly, while I appreciate the subtlety, I still forget to look for the darker bar across the top of the current week and day. we should be able to adjust weekend and current day bg colors.
I went into the app's package contents in hopes that they were using a tiff/png file that I could tweak on my own but couldn't find anything for them. all the icons are there, as are the bg sets for all the little pop-ups and things, but I couldn't even find a reference to a hex color in the plist file.

I just did myself, except that Calendar hasn't made the list (yet?), only iCal up to version 4.x, and Messages is still only iChat for feedback, and some others are old as well. apparently after steve died, apple's attention to these details just died with him. it's been that long since those other apps should have been relevant on their site.

I'm a new Mac user. How do you change the size of pictures in iPhoto? Sometimes when sending e-mails, the picture files are extremely large and take a long time to load... Is there any way you can make the picture or file smaller? Like on a PC, you can open the photo in the Paint program and just reduce the size... Is there anything like this for the Mac?

Assuming that you're accessing your email package from INSIDE iPhoto, you're given a choice of picture sizes. Personally, I've found "medium" to be a good compromise but you might prefer "small" (iPhoto will tell you the file size).
If you don't know what I'm talking about, first go iPhoto Preferences > General and select your email client. Then, go to the View menu and select Show in Toolbar > Email.

Once something similar happened to me. The external drives I had set up for FCP to use for some reason were not mounted, and FCP put all its render files on the main drive and I couldn't find them anywhere.
Go to applications, and control-click (and hold down) on your FCP icon; you should get a pop up menu that says "show package contents". Select that, select the "contents" folder, then the "mac OS" folder. See if your quicktime file is in there, or if you've got render files in the "render" folder or audio render files in the "audio render" folder that don't belong there.
That's where FCP sticks stuff when your documents FCP project folders are not available or when external drives you've selected aren't available.
