I would like to change the photo that accompanies my emailings. I can;t recall how I assigned that picture. Please help. It looks like my Driver's licence.

Go to your address book and edit your contact. Double click on your photo and change it to what you want. Or, go through system prefs in Users and Accounts and edit your profile picture there.

Do the following:
Make sure you are signed into iMessage and FaceTime with your current ID. If they are signed into the old ID, go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive and Settings>FaceTime, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in with your current ID.
Then temporarily recreate the old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. (You should not have to verify the old email account so it doesn’t matter if you no longer have access to it.) Now go to Settings>iCloud, turn off Find My iDevice and enter your current password when prompted (even though it prompts you for the password for your old ID). Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll (unless using iCloud Photo Library). When finished goThen go to Settings>iCloud, tap Sign Out and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign back in with your current iCloud ID and password (your data will download back to your device).

Mozilla did not completely remove the menu function that you are talking about. If you look at the top left side of the browser you will see an icon with three horizontal lines. This has the same function as the Firefox button that you talked about. It is customizable and takes up less space when configured this way. That was the rational behind the change. From this point you click on options. After that it is all the same. I hope this helps. If you are really unhappy with the changes to Firefox 29 I wold recommend that you let Mozilla know. My full name is in my Contacts, and includes all my e-mail accounts. I have a Yahoo account that I use for online purchases, and I've set my Yahoo account on my iPhone to only include my initials. When I send a message from my Yahoo account to another account (even my own, which is in my Contacts) it comes in with just my initials.
My main e-mail is a GMail account set up as Exchnage, but I have another GMail account set up as a "regular" GMail account on my iPhone. That behaves just as my Yahoo account does, though I don't know how other account types behave.

It is very interesting that there are so many different ways to do some things on Mac and not much of it is out where it is easy to find out about...but sometimes just "fiddling" seems to work well...
The user image and the contact image are two different things. You can get to your Me card from the Users & Groups, but you can have a different image on your account image and on your Contact card.
Again, neither of which are sent with your emails, unless you attach your contact card.

Where exactly did you double-click on your name? I wasn't aware of this so I was trying to duplicate it. I can't get my Contact card in any way except for clicking on the Open... button on my account info in Users & Groups. I can't find a way to double-click a name and have it open Contacts.

dominic is correct in saying, "The photo image in the mail composing window will not be sent along with the message." The only way anyone recieving your mail would have that picture is if they had that picture of you in their Contacts, which is highly unlikely.
But if you send a test to yourself, you will see it. The test must be sent to someone else.

I recently was forced to change everything to iCloud, it's pretty useless. My MobileME account is hooked up fine (not tried the iPad yet, heaven forbid) but when viewing the emails in the browser I cant change the way they're viewed.
