How do I change the podcast download time?

How do I change the podcast download time in Windows XP? It looks like the default is set to 6:57 p.m. Pacific time. I don't see anything about this in the preferences -- just whether or not I want it to download daily, weekly, never, et cetera.

There isn't a feature in Adobe Send for setting and end-date for a file's availability. At any time, you can Unshare the file, however.

Read the part about SSDs. Otehrwise there is nothing you can do. Certain components wil lalways install on your system root drive.

I don't think you can in iTunes.
Multiple editing in Get Info does not offer an option to change start/stop times.

I've tried changing the date and time format a number of times for Pages but it does not change. I'm going to the System Preferences/Language and Text and Formats. I make the changes click on OK and go back to Pages. NO change.

Page 116 of the Pages'09 User Guide: Control Click the date, Edit Date and Time.
Date and time can also be in a table. Format the table cell.
The User Guide is well worth a read. Download it from the Help menu in Pages.

As usual the most user unfriendly software ever created, Itunes for Windows, has me completely beaten.
Anyone know how to change the settings on Itunes to get the amount of time a song stays in the "recently added" part of Itunes?

What is a smart playlist, and what does it have to do with minimizing the amount of time that songs stay in my recently added section?
I right clicked on my recently added..clicked on Smart Playlist..and it was more confusing than anything.

Okay the reason that I am doing this is...my computer I had Itunes on just fried after five years...my own fault for not backing my music up on a different hard drive but thats water under the bridge. Now I could have spent thirty bucks on a separate program that would rip MY music off of MY Ipod and put it on MY Itunes...but I didnt want to do that..I just decided to rebuild my library by reloading the CD's onto Itunes. The major issue I have with this is, I have a number of Audio Books that I want on my Itunes...and often times the chapter numbers and order gets mixed up, especially when I am uploading books by the same author. I use the recently added area to move the books over to playlists I make....but if I upload multiple books the recently added area gets all cluttered up, and the books will get mixed.
If I can get the recently added area to CLEAR OUT it will make my life a lot easier...but so far I cant..so I am slogging through this thing like a ******** snail.
I know that in a previous version of Itunes that it was pretty easy to set this preference....but I honestly cannot figure this out.....

Time Machine backs up far to often for me. I think it slows my computer down when it is backing up.
There must be a way to change the frequency

So far I have not seen Time Machine cause any slow down on my Macs nor have I seen it on any Mac for the users I help to support.

how do i vary the times for the slides in a keynote presentation, i have 3 videos i need to run longer and the slides I want to run the same

Is this for an unattended presentation?
1. If not, the option would seem to be:
Manually advance the slides containing the videos or
set the transition delay time to the next slide to occur after the video completes using the
Slide > Transition Inspector > Delay (max delay is 600 seconds so if video is longer than 10 minutes, an automatic delay wouldn't work)
2. If you plan this to be unattended your best bet is to compile it in iMovie and have a looping video with all parts timed in the video to your liking.

Hi Pradip,
Go to the report location. You will find options open, Edit, schedule etc based on previliges. Click on schedule.
then you will find options, General, Output, schedule Notification. Under Scgedule tab you can change the scheduled time of the report.

I have no idea what the default snooze time is as I have never seen where this is an option. It is annoying to get five snooze alerts for five different events with no way to modify when I want them. Is anyone looking at this?

How can I change the "next backup time" in Time Machine

I have multiple Macs all of which are running Snow Leopard and all of which back up to the same Time Capsule. Lately they seem to all have synchronized to back up at exactly the same start time which really slows down the individual backup times since the Time Capsule is slow to begin with. I would like to force Time Machine on each Mac to start at a different time so that only one Mac at a time would be backing up to the Time Capsule. Is there a way to do this?

I don't think you can actually specify a time but the previous and next back up time is offered.
You could turn off Time machine for a couple of hours on one, just to test, then restart it. It should then be two hours later than the rest. If the theory works it's just a question of patiently organising things.

How do I change the number of times my phone rings before going to voice mail?

I want to make calls go to voice mail after 3 or 4 rings. Right now it is taking about 5 to 6 rings. Can I make this change?

I'm sorry to see your co-worker was not able to reach you kaokim. We know how important it is to be able to receive and make calls in a reliable manner. I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.
As advised earlier in the thread, there is a specific time it will ring, and it can't be changed. However, to make sure you're provisioned correctly, make sure call forwarding is disabled by calling *73.
