How do I check what photos are in the cloud?

I just replaced my iPhone and I dont know how to push photos & videos from the cloud to the new phone.

One resolution to your issue would be to update your iPhone using iTunes on your computer rather than over the air. This requires much less space on the iPhone as most of the work is done by the computer. See this article for how to do it -

How do i see what photos are in icloud?
I have duplicate photos appearing in my photo library and in another folder underneath the photo library on my Iphone5. This is killing my free space and i cant delete them from the phone because I dont have that option within those folders. How do i delete them?

How can I see what photos are stored on iCloud? I haven't used Photo Stream before so there are no photos on there that I can see.

If you haven't used Photostream there won't be any photos "actually on iCloud".
Any photos stored as part of an iOS device backup can be viewed on the iOS device after restoring the backup to the iOS device. They can't be viewed online.

File -> New Smart Album

If you backed up your iPhone 5 before you did this, photo in the camera roll would be included in the backup. You would have to restore the entire backup to recover them. Also, you can see what's in the backup ahead of time. You can only find out what photos are there by restoring the backup.

When I go into system preferences, then iCloud, then manage, it does not let me view what is there only says: ex: The documents stored inside Pages take up 623.3KB and gives me the option to: Delete Documents and Data. It does not let me see what files are there. I think it is time for me to go back to my apple store and get more acquainted with iCloud and storage and how to manage it. I had some issues with my mac about a month ago after downloading an updated version. The issue was related to syncing, iCloud, iTunes, calendar and storage. I am nervous about loosing more documents, photos, etc..from my Mac. Thank you for the information.

You can't see which photos are included in an icloud backup after the fact. Only when you restore a backup to a "new" device will you tell whether the photos have returned.

Unfortunately, photos aren't moved from photostream, they are deleted. You might check to see if these photos remain on another device.

Many users have lost photos while preforming a restore from backup, upgrading the iOS, or using the wrong itunes for syncing (which is your situation). If you haven't synced them to YOUR computer, then they are gone (unless you have backups to icloud turned on - but that isn't completely reliable; many users have lost their photos doing a restore from an icloud backup).
IMPORTANT...
Photos should be regularly synced to a computer (like you store photos from a digital camera) using either USB via iTunes (on a mac use iPhoto or Aperture to move them to an album) or using photo stream. If you have been doing that, then you can sync those photos back to your device.

when i tried moving some of the music i bought on itunes to another of my computers it stated that i have 5 computers authorized. I dont own 5 computers. Thanks

If your system crashes or you reinstall your operating system without deauthorising iTunes first, even a single computer can use up your limit of 5 authorisations. If you've reached your limit of 5 you have the option to deauthorise them all in one go from your iTunes Store account and start over again. Just note that you can only use this option once a year: About iTunes Music Store Authorisation and Deauthorisation
To deauthorise all computers associated with your account:
1. Click iTunes Store in the Source pane.
2. If you're not signed in to the store, click the Account button, then enter your account name and password.
3. Click the Account button again (your ID appears on the button), enter your password, and then click View Account.
4. In the Account Information window, click Deauthorize All.

Dear all,
Use map loader to download some maps to my N96 then decided I wanted to download some more-how do I know which maps have been downloaded to my device to avoid duplication? Cant seem to be able to check!
Oh and how do I know where map loader is putting my maps on my device?

Correct on your first point but if you download Ireland one week and then again a week later you might just be re-installing the same Map.
Map Loader doesn't say if and when Maps are updated.

How do you know if photos are on the sim or the ipad

i need to change the sim im my mums ipad but dont want to loose her photos.
ipad hasn't been backed up for quite some time so think as soon as i plug it in it will wipe and we no longer have the computer it was originally set up on
