How do I combine multiple accounts?

Some how over the years I got at least two Apple Id accounts.
For awhile I had an account with Market Source Corp. as a Demo Day Rep., so I had a seperate account for increased access.
Is there some way to combine these accounts into one account?
There may be more than two accounts, because when I try to change my user name to "Skip Bleecker" instead of "Skip Bleecker*" or "Bleecker", I get an message that that name is in use.
Is there some way to check all accounts with the name "Skip Bleecker", regardless of the email? I have had several diffeeent email accounts, including several .mac accounts, which are now expired.
My oldest email is "[email protected]", and "sbleecke@ edcen.ehhs.cmich.edu."
I currently have a "gmail.com" and "charter.net" account.

Is there some way to combine these accounts into one account?

You will need to create a new Apple ID for your GameCenter and iCloud services. You can continue to use the current Apple ID you share with your Mom for access to iTunes Store purchases if you wish.

Create multiple Windows User Profile with each managing his own iTunes account and library.
To create a user account on Windows 7:

Of course, you can combine several deliveries into one shipment. You can set your own selection variant to select deliveries with the same ship-to party.
You cannot combine several deliveries into one delivery. The combination of deliveres is possible only when creating deliveries in VL10*.

The thread was started in early March and it's Mid-April, I know this very well. The OP of this thread posted a very common and simple question or maybe he/she would have resolved this. For an Adobe Acrobat user it's not at all difficult to combine multiple PDF files into one. But to combine PDF files full version of Adobe Acrobat is mainly required, otherwise PDF files can't be combined. For example, I'm using Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro. These simple steps are mainly required to combine PDF files:
Open Adobe Acrobat.
Click on Combine and click on Merge files into a single PDF.
A window will be appearing, click on Add Files and select the PDF files you want to combine.
Arrange the selected files in any order with the help of Move Up and Move Down button.
Now click on Combine File and the selected PDF files will be combined within a few seconds.
A new PDF file will be created. Click on Save As and name this new PDF file. Then, click on Save.
A new PDF file will be created and all the selected PDF files are combined in it. The steps shown above might be different in other versions of Adobe Acrobat. Other than this, some third-party PDF merge software are also available. Most of them are available with a demo version for free evaluation. I've heard much about SysInfoTools PDF Merge software on other forums and directories and it's demo version is freely available. One may check its demo version if Adobe Acrobat (full version) is not available.

Each email address can only be on one iTunes account, and all purchases are tied to the account that buys them. If you want to have separate iTunes accounts on each then you will need separate email accounts for each iTunes account

Cell functions are one cell (data point) at a time. If you want multiple you will have to create multiple cell formulas and use excel functionality to add them up.
