HOw do I complain to Apple in writing? I can't find an e-mail address.
How can I complain in writing to Apple? I bought my daughter and son bought an iPhone each the christmas before last. Both had to be replaced just at 12 months due to hardware problems. Now her replacement won't connect to Wifi (it hasn't been able to for a few months). I took it to Apple who said it is now outwith the warranty (this second phone is only 7 months old) because it was a replacement and want me to buy a new one. I think this is shocking. The guarantee period needs to be changed. This phone is still only 7 months old despite it being a replacement. No reasonable person spends hundreds of pounds on a phone for it to last less than a year. I am not happy despite being a great Apple fan and I have many Apple products.

The warranty on your replacement iPhone was 90 days or the remainder of the warranty
on the original iPhone - whichever is greater. Depending on your location, you may also
have had the opportunity to purchase an extended warranty.

Occasionally the server runs slow. If you're still having problems getting your printers email address try the following:
1) Turn OFF the wireless radio

It's hidden, but if you select 'contact us' (in tiny, tiny text in the bottom right hand corner) and then on product feedback (again in very small text so that you have to look for it) you can have your say. However, don't expect a reply!

If it isn't there, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage your Apple ID, sign in, click on Name, ID and Email addresses on the left, then to the right click Resend under your Primary Email Address to resend the verification email.

The current version is 9.2, and it's free.
If that was a typo, and you're using something more current:
In the iTunes preferences, change the import settings to mp3.
Then select the songs you wish to convert.
From the "Advanced" menu, choose "Create mp3 version".
When done, change the import settings back to Apple Lossless.
That's it.
BTW, this is the Logic Pro forum, which has absolutely nothing to do with iTunes. -
I got an email that said I have unused iTunes Store credit associated with your Apple ID. I can't find how to accesss those credits. Can someone please help me?

Yes. Delete the Apps that were not Purchased using Your Apple ID.

Your sidekick may be relaying through a different server. If its on AT&T, it could be using cwmx.com for outgoing. However, cwmx.com only works for AT&T/Cingular EDGE customers. When on Wi-fi it won't allow you to send through it.

Some wireless networks filter a wider range of ports, such as some work places.

The only way to find out is by trying to setup a new iCloud account using the address you want, or creating an email alias in your current account.
