I understand that you are having a problem with your iPad talking to your Deskjet 3050A.
I would like to help.
It sounds like the printer may have gotten knocked off of the wireless network.
Is the blue wireless light on? is it solid?
If you touch the wireless button, does it display a valid IP address?
If the printer is on the network still, have you tried turning the printer and the iPad off for about 30 seconds?

couple of questions about this:
Are you scanning from the printer, or with software on the computer? If from the computer, are you initiating the scan from Windows, HP software, or Word?
If you put a legal size document in the feeder, and press scan, unless the defaults have been changed to letter size, it should scan the entire legal size sheet. You should be able to go into the settings and change that if the default has been set to letter.

and you will need an HDMI cable. If such output is blocked by the Netflix app this won't be possible.

How do you connect SMS pads to copper areas in ultiboard?

I have a TQFN part with multiple pads. I want to connect the pads to a copper area I have defined. I gave the copper area the same net number by using properties/vonnect to net. Now the rats nest lead from the pin (net 22) goes to the copper area but everytime I try to connect a line to the area it makes a clearance. I can't figure out how to connect the pin to the copper area. I don't want to use vias. Suggestions?

Press the CTRL key while you move the mouse pointer on top of the pad and at the end of the pop-up label you'll see to which net it is assigned, now do the same to the Copper Area just to confirm that it is indeed assign to that net as well. If both are the same net it should connect without voiding.

A new firmware update this morning and now all my backups are missing? How to re-connect?, A new firmware update this morning and now all my backups are missing? How to re-connect?

This morning I noticed my time capsule was blinking amber. I opened utility and I found that all of the airport devices needed a firmware update.
I ran that with no problems. I then found tonight that my time capsule had "delayed" backup and said it couldn't find the disk. I re-pointed it to the TC and it says I have no backups and wants to start from scratch. This is a concern and a bit annoying.
Any way to find my previous backups and reconnect it?

Looking in the time capsule preferences, it looks like the name of the disk has slightly changed to add a "3" at the end. Not sure how to change it back.
When I use airport utility and look at the disk, it says something like half the disk has been used, so obviously my backups are still there. Just not sure how to re-connect so backups aren't lost or duplicated.
