I received a 27 LED apple/mac monitor --not the 2011/12 version though.
I want to use with my work computer--a dell laptop. I can't seem to find the right adaptor to connect the two.
I need a dvi port converter that also connects to my vga on my laptop (so need the male end of hte vga since my laptop has the female end).
I only found 1 adaptor but it ends with a dvi on a vga. I don't have hdmi on my laptop either--tried that adaptor as well when I couldn't see on the pic when I ordered that it was hdmi not usb). Please help. I have read so many blogs that say it can be done.

Yes it is done through iTunes. The iPhone will never show up in Finder as a device. You need to have the latest version of iTunes on the computer, version 11.1.3 to be able to handle syncing a newer phone with iOS 7. The iTunes on the iPhone has nothing to do with syncing and is installed by the iOS.
Go to iTunes on the computer, click on Help, Check for updates to update iTunes on the computer, or go to to www.apple.com/itunes/download and download and install the latest version of iTunes to correct your problem. -

I need to connect my coworkers Mac Cinema display to his Dell Laptop with VGA out, running Windows 7. We have a VGA to DVi adapter, but it doesn't work. Do we need a different adapter or a driver? Thanks.
DVI-I offered by most computers has support for up to a wider-than-1920 Digital display AND a complete set of VGA signals in it.
If you have an adapter from DVI [computer] to VGA [display] it has no conversion logic in it and should be called a VGA extractor. It will NOT work the other direction.
I think what you need is a better computer or a worser (VGA) display. -
How do I use AirPort Extreme to be able print from my MacBook Pro AND a PC. If I connect printer into AirPort, I can only print on laptop. If printer is connected to PC hard drive, I can only print on desk top. How do I configure this to make both print?

Alright, so my ipod touch stopped working, but I can still connect it to itunes, but my friend gave me his old nano. I was wondering how I could get my more updated songs from my ipod touch onto th nano. My laptop crashed whitch had all my new music, and im afraid if I sync my Ipod touch to the desktop with all my old songs, ill lose all my newer ones which I dont want to happen because I want them on my nano. Im sorry for the confusing topic im just so lost.
All you have to do is connect your new iPod to the computer that has the library for your old iPod.
When iTunes comes up, click on your new iPod under Devices.
At the top of the Summary Page click Music.
Click Synch Music.
Do the same thing for Photos, Apps, Movies and so on...
Now just synch the iPod. -

Thanks for replying. The plan you have it would be an additional charge to add the hotspot feature. It's not free with the Nationwide plan. You would need to add the feature online at www.verizonwireless.com/myverizon

Now that I am using it as an external drive, how do I get the harddrive I removed from my laptop to display like it did when it was still in the laptop , when I connect it to a new computer?. I can't locate my Firefxox bookmarks that I originally saved to the HD when it was in the laptop. The laptop is dead but fortunately I was able to salvage the hard drive. I connected my friends ipod to my laptop whilst I was playing some songs and closed whatever came up on the screen from itunes. Next thing I know his ipod has been wiped and we can't find his music. you'll see a pop-up and there's a tab called 'Devices' there. If you click that, you will be able to check a box that says 'prevent automatic syncing for iPods, iPads and iPhones' or something like that.

NB: if you don't even see the menu bar that has options like 'File, Edit, View, etc', first click the black/white square button on the top left of your screen, and then click 'show menu bar'. It should pop right up.
