Unless you're trying to tether your phone to your computer or create a personal hotspot, it won't pair with your computer by bluetooth. File transfer by bluetooth is not supported. So, you can quit trying unless you're trying to tether.

Dun tink that creative customer support sucks cos I had been dealing with them in the past and I can say that their service are quite gd and fast. If you wanted a refund, I tink you need to contact the store that sells you the product. Dun tink creative will refund you though. -

Personal Hotspot

USB: Connect your iPhone to your computer using the cable that came with it. In your computer’s Network preferences, choose iPhone and configure the network settings.
Bluetooth: On iPhone, go to Settings > Bluetooth and turn on Bluetooth. To pair and connect iPhone with your device, refer to the documentation that came with your computer. I have recently ran into an issue with my new iPhone 5 I went to connect to iTunes and when I did it restored my phone to my iPhone 4 that was previously connected to my laptop, how do I get rid of the iPhone 4 stuff and be able to connect my iPhone 5 without further issues?
If you have a backup in iTunes or iCloud, you can restore it from there.
To check in iTunes, open the Preferences pane and click on Devices > You will see the backups listed there.
You will want to do this on the computer that you typically sync your iPhone to.
Or if you have an iCloud backup, go to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings and in the setup menu, choose your backup. -
How do you connect an android phone to an imac?
have been trying to connect a Samsung Galaxy Ace to my iMac. Tried Kies (samsung) and also tried Android File Transfer. neither of these would 'recognise' the ACE - even as No-names. Something wrong? Surely it should be possible to link the non-Apple phone to the iMac? I only want to exchange photos!
That would be a question to ask in the Samsung forums, have you tried there? There should be instructions in your manual or on Samsung's site on how to connect a telephone to a computer and download photos.

You don't need to come to the US to purchase a US iPhone. There are already thousands(estimate based on the daily posts we get here), most likely unused sitting in drawers in India right now. Just run an ad in your local paper...you most likely could purchase one or more cheap. They don't work and are all locked to AT&T, but that shouldn't matter...you'll have your US iPhone, no need to travel anywhere. Once you get it, and it doesn't work, don't bother posting here, we can't help you! .

Back in October my boyfriend and I had gotten iphone 4's together. I was on his plan so I just activated my phone on his itunes and used his appleID. Since then we had broken up and I had gotten a new apple ID and everything worked fine. Until now I have had no need to use Itunes, but I just downloaded it on my moms laptop and tried to connect to it and it tells me I can only be connected to one library and if i want i cant disconnect from the old one and start with this one, but it will delete all my data and pics and videos......and im not happy at all. The whole icloud thing less than pleases me so that is not an option. Is there any way around this????? I will NOT have my phone earased and I cannot continue to use his laptop for itunes. Pretty dumb mac, if ya ask me.

You can only locate your device when it is logged into iCloud and 'Find My Phone' is enabled, additionally the device will need to be switched on and connected to a wifi or cellular network.
Unfortunately, you cannot activate iCloud or 'Find My Phone' remotely.
If the device is wiped by you or another, you may not be able to locate the device (although some have reported they can)
If the device is unable to connect to a cellular or wifi network for whatever reason then all you can do is physically look for it.
You should also change the passwords on any Apple ID's you have in use on the device. If the phone is suspected to have been stolen, report it to the Police (if you have insurance ask for a crime reference number). You should also contact your provider to have your number locked. -
