How do I consolidate multiple itunes accounts?

Over the years I have somehow ended up with music purchases associated with different email accounts. I think I might have multiple appleid's.?? I think one Id has me on 4 of 5 computers and the other on 2 of 5.
I want to start over without losing all of my purchases.
PS; I also suspect that when I loaded it on the last computer that I lost some purchases made prior to 2009.
I NEED HELP.

There are several different ways to use two or more iPhones/iPods with one computer. iTunes will recognise each device that you add and they will have each their own individual settings. I've enabled her computer and put my Apple ID in and I now have all her music on my phone (thanks to iTunes match) but when I try and **** her phone it ignores all my music. I am setting up my wife's mini. We backed up her iPad gen 3 to iCloud. When setting up mini from icloud it askes for passwords for iTunes accounts belonging to son and daughter. Your title and the text in the post say two different things.
Your title says you are restoring from an iCloud backup.
Your post says you are doing an "iCloud installation". Admittedly, I don't know exactly what that means.
Please describe the exact symptom(s) you are observing, and whether whatever activity that is under way is providing evidence of proceeding.

How do you battle multiple iTunes accounts on iPad? Mine is showing old/unused and my wife's account and not showing mine! Any ideas???

Apps are associated with the iTunes account used when purchasing/downloading the app from the iTunes Store. If you are both using the same iTunes Library for syncing there can only be one copy of the app in the library. When you update an app you need to provide the password for the account associated with the app.
Your options are:
1. Live with having the mix of accounts on your iPad.
2. Separate iTunes libraries for each of you, with your own purchased/downloaded apps.
3. Use only one iTunes account for both of you. This requires redownloading/repurchasing the apps under the one account.
You can see which account is associated to an app by selecting the app in iTunes on a computer and choosing Get Info from the File menu. The details are in the Summary tab.

How Can I Consolidate My iTunes Account?

When I first tried to link my Apple TV to iTunes Match (when it first appeared in the UK), I could not do it with my iTunes account, even though I had signed up to it. Upon scouring the Apple forum, I learned that a few people were having the same problem and that by signing in with the first part of their iTunes account name (ie. 'johndoe' instead of '[email protected]') they found that Match would connect. This worked for me. Since then, however, my account has become bifurcated, with some apps only updating on the shortened account name and some on the longer. My iCloud seems to like both names, except for Photostream on the Apple TV which insists on the longer name. iTunes Match now only signs in on the shorter account name. For a few weeks GTA III refused to work or update on either. They both share the same credit card details.
I have tried to amalgamate the accounts by deleting the longer account name on the iTunes Account page (and expected to lose some content), but even though I was allowed to do it, the two accounts still exist, presumably because it is actually one account as far as the system is concerned.
At the moment, this is merely an inconvenience, as I have to sign out and back in to update certain apps, then do it again and go through the rigamarole of adding my computer back to iTunes Match. In the future, though, it may cause more problems. Any ideas? I tried phoning Apple a couple of times, but I simply cannot get the people on the other end of the line to understand what my problem is.

I started using the iTunes store using my AOL account information. After purchasing an iPod and iPhone, I was promted to set up an Apple account. So. .I have purchases under two IDs. Any way to consolidate all my purchases into one account. Gets kinda confusing when I have to update apps for iPhone as to which account things are under. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

No. But you can simply top using one although anything purchase under its Apple ID is permanently attached to that Apple ID and cannot be transferred to the other Apple ID.

I bought my ATV at the Apple store Zurich Switzerland. All the movies default to German. I hired a US movie and pressed and held the play/pause button once the movie had started but only the chapter menu displayed and there were no options to change the language (from the default German to English)
