How do I contact a Mozilla suport representative on the website?

I know that there used to be a feature on the website where we could ask a question and then wait for someone to answer us (NOT the forums) if we needed a quicker response. Where did it go? I hope someone knows what I'm talking about. Thanks.

    Hey! I have restarted my computer during the night and this morning, when I opened firefox, the sites I visited before were not showing anymore in my url bar. I did not reset any history or anything. After visiting them too, they don't seem to save in my url bar (they still don't show after I visited them). All my url bar is showing are "suggestions".

    It is a bit different in Firefox mobile, you should be able to tap the icon next to the URL for the site (the favicon) and get a drop-down menu. Select Clear Site Preferences. Then reload the site. If you get the blue drop-down saying Firefox prevented windows from opening, select Show to allow them and then Reload.

    All server settings are in Thunderbird installed on your computer. Get the correct settings from your provider and change them.

    The Mozilla database is for use by the setup wizard and is a one time thing. It sets the last known settings used by popular providers. It is up to the provider to keep Mozilla informed of any changes.
    FYI: If you can send at all your settings are correct for your provider. You only connect to your providers SMTP server to send. If you are blocked for just some addresses then this is another issue. There should be a reason stated with the return mail. Too bad your providers help desk is not smart enough to actually help you.
