How do I convert a .EPS file into a .SHP file (Shapefile)?

Hello all,
I have an .EPS file of custom regions that I need to convert to a .SHP file for a map in Mapbox.  Is this possible?  If so, how?  Any help you can provide will be much appreciated.  Thank you.

Thanks for all of your help with this issue I was having. 
We were able to import the image into Mapbox by converting it into a GeoTiff file using Python.  Though this was achieved, the image did not work in the way we wanted it.  In the end, we decided to grab a shapefile and created layers that replicated the image we wanted to convert.  If we had more money in our budget, I would have most certainly suggested that we go the ArcGIS route.

    After combining the pdf files into a SINGLE document . . . I just selected "SAVE-AS" . . . and selected "jpg" as the format.
    Acrobat automatically created 500 individual jpg files.

    You may be able to default to DOC, but have not tried same.

    HTML files are already text files. What do you mean you want to convert them?
    I think if you search the web, you can find things for converting those MS Office files to text (or extracting text from them, as I assume you mean).

    There's two answers if you want to modify the file:
    You can temporarily turn off PDF/A Mode in your preferences, so they don't open as read-only. The problem would be if you do something to the file that violated the PDF/A standard, so you should always run a Preflight check afterwards to make sure.
    If you want to remove the PDF/A header tag, use Preflight again - it's on the Print Production Panel in Acrobat X Pro (which may be hidden, use the options menu on the Tools Pane to show it). There's a profile called "Remove PDF/A information" - choose this and press Analyze and Fix. Nothing else about the file will be altered but when you save and reopen it all the editing tools will become active.

    Are you saying you want to take existing games and modify them? If the creators allow you to modify their source, then they'll provide you with that source (the .java files). If you're allowed to add things but not modify, you don't need .java files. Just documentation, which, again, the creators should be providing.
    Or are you saying you want to create your own games and distribute them in jar files? If so, there's no need to turn jars into .java.

    5.Ocx control gets the PixelCollection and converts it into
    BMP format
    But I find it is very slow when action script gets pixels one
    by one. Getting pixels of a middle size flash may spend one minute.
    It is hard for our customer to stand. Does anyone have idea to get
    the flash image quickly?

    What about the built-in print methods, wouldn't it be better
    to use those here?
    Getting all pixel values is a time intensive process, because
    of the amount of pixels. It may be a bit faster if you split the
    getPixel() loop over some frames, but I'm not exactly sure how to
    do that (just read it somewhere).
    If the content is fixed, you could create the pixel array in
    the background while the user looks at it. This is quite some
    overhead, but when the user decides to print, the array would
    already be there.
    Finally, not helpful here, but interesting:

    PAR to EAR
    EPA to SDA
    EAR to SDA
    SDA to SCA
    Check with this SAP Help to make SDA file first and then
    SDA to SCA.
