How do I convert .Olm to .Pst?

I would like to take all my emails from Mac Outlook and place them into Microsoft Office (Outlook 2010).
How do I go about it? Am not hugely techy :-)

There are several methods to convert OST file to PST file.
First, Microsoft does not provide an official tool to do the conversion. However, if you can access the contents of the OST file in your Outlook, then you can perform the conversion manually, as follows:
1. Start Outlook. Make sure you can access all the contents in the OST file to be converted.
2. Create a new PST file.
3. Go to the OST file, select and copy all the contents to be converted with your mouse.
4. Go back to the new PST file, then paste all the contents into the PST file
That will do the conversion.
You can also perform the conversion by export the contents of the OST file to a PST file by following the instructions at:

I have been trying to find a way to convert Outlook 2007 pst files to Mac Mail without the need to use a Windows based computer since all I have now is a Mac. I have the copies of the pst files on my Mac, so I am looking for the most efficient way to convert them to the format that I can then open them in the Mac Mail. Hi - thanks for the instructions but where do you get the option for Quicktime. If I do File - Export I only get the options for File name, place and size but no option that allows to select quicktime:-(

How do I convert Olm file to pst in order to migrate files from mac outlook 2011 to windows outlook 2010.
I have years of mail files in several folders that I need to move to windows system as I find it much simpler and cheaper to work with.
So any idea how can this migration be done?

I joined Apple, and just bought a new MBA and Imac and threw away all former laptops and desktops.

but I also bought Offfice software package for Mac.

1) i have various .pst files, which i can open without any problems within Outlook in my new MBA.
2) you are right.. my problem... my challlenge!! .. is currently the .ost file on my home-offcie standalone laptop.
I am leaving my company within 2 weeks. I can still connect to server but i assume i need to be in the office.

If you localize the language for OS, MS Office applications, Acrobat, etc to the desired language try again.
Alternative: transfer a copy of content into a web based translation service (Bing or Google provides a free service).
Transfer the output into a word processing program that is localized to the appropriate language.
