How do I Copy a section of a map into illustrator?

I am designing a brochure and I am trying to import a specific portion of a map into ai.
I tried to do this by grabbing a section of the google maps screen but the text ends up too big or too small.
I have an example of what i want that i can't upload on to here as it's larger than 4mb
In this pic you have all surrounding areas perfectly displayed with big text.
How can I achieve this?

Thanks for your answer. It works very poorly. I have tried a number of permutations, and each one fails in some way. If I try to copy ten names, it may just write the first few. if I highlight all the names in the source book, then the list name doesn't highlight when I move my cursor over it - only the other address books do that. I got the closest to success by exporting my entire source address book to a text file, removing the unwanted names by hand, and then importing only a few fields to a new address book - name and email address. When I highlight all the entries in this new address book and drag them to the target list, it copies MOST but not all of the entries. I have never seen drag and drop work so poorly. Any ideas?

In truth, a "mailing list" of multiple recipients, when applied to a particular email message is nothing more than a "comma de-limited list" of the addresses. Some mail clients add < > on either end of the individual addresses

in the old days, we would just keep a text file an add to the end as needed.
lists are commonly used as 'Mini-databases' in Adobe(Macromedia) Director, my everyday tool for years. A list of lists, then becomes a bigger database as does a list of a (list of lists), and so on

then something is wrong - drag and drop between albums should work. Itb is working for me without a problem. While viewing an album, select the photos inside that you want to include anither album and drag them to that album in the sidebar of the Source List like this:

When I try to copy/paste the selected row into a row of the same size and configuration in another table in the same document, the cells change width, the formatting and border thicknesses change, and the text gets squeezed. When I was working with tables in Microsoft Word, there was no problem selecting text from a row in one table and placing it into a similar row and configuration in another table.

Q: Can this be done?
A: It can but not easily (in that you may take a hit in quality). Apps like MpegStream Clip or DVDXDV may help:

It converts it back to a QT file for use with iDvd (or iMovie).

Not knowing the format/design of the employer's website, it's difficult to know.
Why not send your resume via regular mail or email. Just fill out the application the way the employer wants you to.

Ok, it's quite absurd that there's no other workaround for now. I always used Adobe for webdesign, but I think it's time now to go and use some different applications, like Sketch and Macaw. I'm really curious about the last one.

How do a copy a section of a single track

Using the "arrange track" feature in GB X I can mark a section of the project then move it around, delete it, copy it, etc... However, using this approach will copy all tracks that span the given arrangement section.
I often encounter cases where I need to just clip out a few seconds of a single track then splice it back in somewhere else in the same track. Does GB allow this? If so it's not intutive at all. When is Apple planning to update their on-line documentation on Garage Band to bring it up to the current version that's been out for months now?

1. i have 100 line items in excel for material item.
2. I copied the 100 lines in excel and paste into PO creation transaction code ME21n line items.
3. In one shot, i only successful copied 35 lines.
How can i manage to copied all line items into PO items in one shot ?
Is it possible to copied the excel line items into PO screen line item more than what we can see in the screen ?

No, it can't! So far in the current version of mySAP Business Suite you can not do it when you create any document, you only can copy the line items as mush as the screen can display! you said you can copy 35 items, I thought your screen resolution must be bigger than 1024X768 (it's my screen resolution)!
So I hope maybe SAP AG can solve the problem in the future, then we can copy the items as mush as we want!

I have a container variable that I want to copy and paste into a custom data type. So I open TestStand's Type window, expand Custom Data Types then right click on <Right click to insert Type> and the Paste option in my popup menu is disabled. How do I get my exact data type there?

I have a iPhone which is containing a bulk data in Notes and Contacts App. I want all these notes and contacts to be available on my iPad which I recently purchased. How can I transfer or copy and paste these bulk data on my Pad.

You have already been given the best options in the links already given. You can not regularly sync data between the devices with Lotus or iTunes alone. As outlined in the support documents Notes requires iCloud, Macs or a PC running Outlook for syncing Notes. Contacts can be done with Windows XP's Address Book, Contacts in Win7/Vista or OutLook.
Alternatively your only other option is to sync your iPhone with iTunes and let it create a Backup. Once the back up is done connect the iPad then select it in iTunes. From the iPads Summary Pane select Restore and when prompted select the iPhone's backup. This is will change all the iPad's data, settings and sync settings to be the same as the iPhone's. Any data saved to the iPad will be lost. This is a one time transfer and not a good method to keep the 2 devices in sync.

Mapmakers, how can I target just a section of a larger map to print out or save separately? I'd like to put just a smaller section of a 28" x 28" map as a sample on the web. I know there is a tool for this but I can't find it.

when you do the export, in the window where you select a destination, at the bottom you'll see an option for "Use Artboards" select the radio button for that, and then you'll have the option to enter the artboard number you want exported.
