How do I remove red eye using PS Touch on a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 Tablet

In addition to Warunicorn's helpful forum post, I have assembled a quick tutorial on how to remove redeye quite quickly.
    1. Below is an image with red eye
    2. Select the paint with effects tool. Select the effect, and select Black and White.
    3. Adjust the size of the brush to make it the size of the eye.
    4. Zoom into the image, and start to remove the red eye.
    5. Now you have quickly removed the red eye!

  • Canon PS ELPH 150- How to override Red Eye Correction

How do you override the "Red Eye Correction" when it displays, "cannot be modified"? Is there no "manual" way to correct red eye?
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

Try the software approach. You'll find you can correct red eye, horizons, exposure etc very quickly once you play around with Picasa. I use it for the majority of my editing & I have to edit many 1000's of photos per year.

  • Automatic red eye correction

How canI disable automatic red eye correction?

There are multiple places where you choose to disable automatic red eye correction.
When you do a Get Photos from Files and Folders, the dialog Window where you select which files or folders contains a checkbox on whether auto red eye fix should be done. I believe that the default was yes but it seems on my system that after unchecking it once that it stays unchecked for subsequent use.
Similarly, when I did a Get Photos from Camera or card reader, the Photo downloader window had a check box for the Red Eye fix.
I have not seen any central place to shut off auto red eye for all types of processing.

  • 1) Red Eye correction, 2) Descriptions

    1. I've been using the iPhoto Batch Enhancer to automatically enhance multiple photos and have found it excellent. Is there any similar software for automatically correcting red eye?
    2. Is there any method to add the same description to multiple photos?
    Thank you.

    1. I've been using the iPhoto Batch Enhancer to automatically enhance multiple photos and have found it excellent. Is there any similar software for automatically correcting red eye?
Don't know of any app that will automatically correct red-eye - there are too many occasions when such a thing could easily wipe any reds out of the photo.
    2. Is there any method to add the same description to multiple photos?
Yup. Photos Menu -> Batch Change: You can do the Title, Date and/or Description

  • How to remove red eyes

How do yoy remove red eyes with PS.

I like to use a Hue/Saturation layer.  Use the RGB dropdown to select red, and lower the saturation. Invert the layer mask, and paint the effect back in with white.  Or use the Hue slider to change the red to something more pleasing, but there be monsters if you dare to take this route.

  • Red Eye "Treatment"

    Hi all,
I am using Adobe Photoshop Album Starter Edition 3.2 and can seem to find a way to correct red eye on photos. Any ideas?
    Thanks much!!

In the Edit menu when you select the 'Fix Photo Window' option, it will show you 3 type of fixes- General, Crop and Red Eye. You can select the Red eye option to correct the Red Eye on Photos. The same can also be selected from the Fix button in the top toolbar.Let us know if that worked.

  • Help saving red-eye edits

We had some prom pictures taken with an iPhone 4 that showed up in iPhoto with flashlight eyes.  I managed to repiair the flashligth eyes with the Red-Eye tool and clicked the "Done" button -  that is part of the new iPhoto with Mountain Lion 10.8.2.  That is the good news.  The bad news and purpose of this posting is I used the button on the lower right to share the file via email and the picture iPhoto placed in Mai was the unedited version. Either the "Done" button is not saving the change in 10.8.2 or  I am dooing something wrong
How do you save red-eye edits so the file can be shared?
Ps: My workaround for this suspected iPhoto defect is to disply the edited file in Red-Eye editor and user copy/paste to get it to Mail

Try this:  launch iPhoto with the Option key held down and create a new, test library.  Import some photos and check to see if the same problem persists. If you're able to save red eye edits in the test library your current library is the culprit.  In that case  make a temporary, backup copy (select the library and type Command+D) and  apply the two fixes below in order as needed:
    Fix #1
Launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down and rebuild the library.
Since only one option can be run at a time start with Option #1, followed by #3 and then #4 as needed.
    Fix #2
Using iPhoto Library Manager  to Rebuild Your iPhoto Library
Download iPhoto Library Manager and launch.
Click on the Add Library button, navigate to your Home/Pictures folder and select your iPhoto Library folder.
Now that the library is listed in the left hand pane of iPLM, click on your library and go to the File ➙ Rebuild Library menu option
In the next  window name the new library and select the location you want it to be placed.
    Click on the Create button.
Note: This creates a new library based on the LIbraryData.xml file in the library and will recover Events, Albums, keywords, titles and comments but not books, calendars or slideshows. The original library will be left untouched for further attempts at fixing the problem or in case the rebuilt library is not satisfactory.

  • IPhoto '11: How can I save my red-eye correction changes?

iPhoto '11: I'm not able to save red-eye correction changes in my photo. In edit mode, the red-eye correction takes place automatically and according to the help documentation, the automatic changes (or manual changes) are saved when I press "Done". However, when I export the photo, the correction is not visible.
    Help!

The changes should be applied, after you finish the "Fix Red-Eye" adjustment by pressing "Done".
If the changes do not save, there may be something wrong with the iPhoto Library. Try the First Aid Tools.
Quit iPhoto and launch it again with the key combination ⌥⌘ held down and double clicking the iPhoto icon or your iPhoto library.
Then try all repair options from the first aid panel: Repair Permissions, Repair Database, Rebuild Database.
You'd better back up your iPhoto library, before you try that, if you do not have  a working backup.

  • IPhoto 6 Red Eye Corrections Do Not Remain Saved

Can anyone tell me why photos that have been corrected for red-eye and saved revert back to red eye when uploaded to my blog? The photo in my library is corrected, but when I uploaded it to my blog it was back to the way it was before fixing. Is there a bug in iPhoto 6? How do I fix this? Thanks.

    Welcome to the Apple Discussions.
It sounds like you are uploading the original, uncorrected photo. If you are choosing the photos directly via the iPhoto Library Folder, then that is how you are grabbing the wrong version. This method is not recommended for several reasons. First, because it is inconvenient to wade through the folder system and find the correct version. Second and more importantly, because any changes you make to the files and folders directly inside that folder will damage your iPhoto library.
Instead, export the photos first. When you export, iPhoto automatically gives you the correct (edited) version. The easiest way is to select the photos and simply drag to a folder your desktop. Select that folder when you upload to your blog or other website, then trash it (the photos are safe inside your library). Another method is to select the photos and do File > Export > File Export to a desktop folder. This method allows you to rename the exported files and resize them for better performance on the website.
    Regards.

  • How to remove red eye from you video with adobe premiere elements?

I would be greatful if someone could let me know how to remove red eye from a video, which I will be using for my acting reel. Thank you!

    Ang.Fel
What version of Premiere Elements do you have and on what computer operating system is it running?
Do you have an integrated set of Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements (such as 10/10, 11/11)?
How long is this person with the red eye viewed?
There are two possibilities that I can think of, but I would have to work it through with the actual footage and adapt accordingly.
    1. Keying and color correction.
    2. In Premiere Elements, do a freeze frame (in Freeze Frame dialog, Edit in Photoshop Elements after Insertion + Insert in Movie Option + adjustment of duration of the Freeze Frame bmp).
In Photoshop Elements, Red Eye Tool if possible or other color correction tool there.
How did you ever get red eye in video?
