How do I create a business Apple ID when employed by a Town/School District?

I recently passed the 10.8 support Exam and I'm having difficulties logging into the Apple Certification Records page.
I was told to create an Apple ID that was associated with my business. I am employed by the Town of Norfolk, Massachusetts, working in 2 elemtary schools.
I tried to create an Apple ID using my school issued email address, but that did not work... I was able to locate a page where you could add a "Company" to your Apple ID, but neither the "Town of Norfolk" nor "Norfolk Public Schools" was an option.
I sent an email to contracts@apple, applecert@apple, certifications@apple, svc.authorize@apple (after being transferred a few times) inquiring about this.
Basically, I'd like to be able to log into the Certification Records page with the Apple ID that uses my employer given email address. Is that possible?

Some Apple ID types are ineligible for use with ACRS. For example, you can not use a personal, customer Apple ID or an @me.com, @mac.com, or @icloud.com email address.
In this case, the Apple ID [email protected] is not eligible. However, this email address could be released from its current ID and used for ACRS instead.
If you would like to update the Apple ID account for [email protected] and free up the email address, please follow these steps:
1. Visit https://appleid.apple.com
2. Click Manage your account and sign in with the Apple ID you want to change.
3. Click "Edit" beside the email address
4. Enter a new email address
5. Click "Save Changes"
This will change both the Apple ID and email address to the new email address and free up the address you wish to use. Note, this change will affect all applications and services for which you currently use this ID.
For additional assistance please visit http://www.apple.com/support/appleid/

An email address can only be associated with one Apple ID at a time. You will have to remove it from the other ID or use a different email address.

There is no way to consolidate iTunes accounts.
Setting up an iPhone has never required creation of a new Apple ID.
You've apparently purchased content with both Apple ID's. Sign into the device with the correct Apple ID and sync the content.

Hi there,
You can create a scroll motion where the image will fade out on scrolling, you need to use the Opacity tab under Scroll Effects Panel.
If you particularly need the image to be blur out, then you need to edit that image in any image editing program and make one copy of that image as blurred, then place both images (actual and blurred) on that page and use scroll motion or fade option to replace images.

It's not the computer platform that determines this, how you make business cards depends on what program you're using.
I assume, that since you mention coming from Windows, you're used to doing this task in Word. You can do it in Word for Mac. You can probably find quite a few shareware or freeware programs on MacUpdate or VersionTracker. I've used AppleWorks & now Pages for years for this kind of stuff.
This is the forum dedicated to the workings of the forums themselves, not for technical questions. A better place for this question would have been the forum for using the model of Mac you have.
Another little FYI: Apple Macintosh computers are referred to as Mac (capital M, small a, small c), not MAC (which is an acronym for the Media Access Control address of a networking device).

Welcome to the Apple Community.
You shouldn't change your account for iTunes, otherwise you will encounter problems with purchased content.
If you sign out and create a new account for iCloud in system preferences > iCloud and then sign back into your old account as a secondary account at system preferences > mail, contacts & calendars, you can manually transfer any data from one account to the other. Let me know if you need assistance doing this.
