How do I create a calendar event for the first Sunday of every moth?

Trying to create an event on my iPhone 4 (iOS 5) calendar that repeats on the first Sunday of every month.  Is there a way to do this?

    I want to create a recurring event. It's an event that occurs the second and fourth monday of every month. I'd be happy to split this into two events if need be. The Custom repeat setting allows me to make the event occur every two Mondays. But some months have 5 weeks, so I need exactly, the second monday of every month.
    (It's a bit annoying that things like this are so hard to do on iCal when MS Outlook does them so easily!!!)

    I don't believe there is such a custom repeat option with the iPhone's Calendar app, but if you are syncing calendar events with a supported calendar app on your computer or syncing calendar events over the air with an email account that supports it with an option to create such a custom repeating event with the online calendar, set up the custom repeating event there.

    I have a loop (Modern Guitar Rock 04), which I've extended out so it repeats four times. I select the Fade Tool and X-Fade for drag. I then drag just in front of the loop and onto it, which creates a fade. However, this also creates fades at the beginning of the repeating loops. Is there a way to create a fade only for the first loop?

    The loop function always repeats the same region so of course the fade is also copied. So option+drag the original region to make a (non clone) copy, fade the first region and loop the second one (which you just copied).

    You don't.  Moments in Photos are the new Events, i.e. groupings of photos sorted by date taken.
    When the iPhoto Library was first migrated to Photos there was a folder created in the sidebar titled iPhoto Events and all migrated iPhoto Events (which are now Moments) are represented by an album in that folder. To open the sidebar if it's not already open use the Option+Command+S key combination.
    There's a way to simulate events in Photos.
    When new photos are imported into the Photos library go to the Last Import smart album, select all the photos and use the File ➙ New Album menu option or use the key combination Command+N.  Name it as desired.  It will appear just above the iPhoto Events folder where you can drag it into the iPhoto Events folder
    When you click on the iPhoto Events folder you'll get a simulated iPhoto Events window.
    The downside to the simulation is that the Albums/Events can only be sorted automatically by Title. But they can also be sorted manually, either in the sidebar or in the folder's window at the right.

    There's mixed responses upon Googling the question, some say let it drain completely with others say to charge it when the battery reaches between 25%-5%. Currently my battery charge is at 33% and I haven't used it much either, say maximum an hour's usage in the past 6hours or so from the time I received it and it has not been on standby except for an hour, the remaining time, it was switched off completely. HELP.

    Interesting, looking at this page from Apple http://www.apple.com/batteries/ and then following the links at the bottom for each device (notebook, iPod, iPad, iPhone) Apple seems to be recommending one deep cycle a month, that is a discharge to 0 and then a full charge.
    For example from the iPhone page:

    For proper maintenance of a lithium-based battery, it’s important to keep the electrons in it moving occasionally. Be sure to go through at least one charge cycle per month (charging the battery to 100% and then completely running it down).
    So is Apple wrong here, or are they using different technology?

    If you wish to share an entire calendar with others (not just send them individual events) then you will need a host.  A host is a server which sits on the internet and holds the calendar for you.

    The lightning calendar allows selection of the first and last day of the month for recurrent events but for business I need to use the first and last WORK day of the month (Monday - Friday) to schedule particular tasks. In the calendar preferences under 'View' I can select the days that make up the work week but this does not transfer to an option in recurrent events.     Yes, but it will require some effort. Group on "Sale Date"  Change the group to group by month.   You can then create a running total for "Registered Date","Application Date"," Sale Date"      For Registered date, I used Field to summarize Registered Date,  Type of summary was count, Evaluate use a formula, reset on change of group 1 (I only have one group, "Sale Date")  The formula will look like this.
    month ({Registered Date  }) in &#91;1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12&#93;
    You would build your other running totals (Counts) using the same methods,
    Once you have these, you should be able to create your chart.
