The iPhone is not a multi-user device.

I want to send emails to all the people in a folder without having to look up each person's email and add them to a contacts list. I do have a contacts list that I could move all of them to.
How can I accomplish this task with the least amount of effort?

I wish everyone would be forced to learn how to create BCC groups!!!
I have 'friends' and family that have been using email and computers for 20 yrs that resist so I had to stop asking "don't put my email address out there in TO: for everyone, and use a BCCs!"
And afterall, it is EASY / easier and that way you can keep a group informed about updates in lives of everyone.
There is also a setting in Facebook for Secret that only a group can see, so you can also have private group communications. Yes, I have my doubts, some days I think NSA invented Facebook/Twitter to lull people into turning over the keys to the car and make their work easier.

Lets start with checking out the articles below for setting up Family Sharing and more information about Apple ID’s. I will say that you will not be able to transfer any purchases to a different Apple ID, but you can rename the Apple ID. When I start keying in a name in the email, it comes up with the person's address, which shows it is synced. How do I engage the contact list from the email like I do on my old account (where a contact list icon shows up, along with the "attach" and other icons) ?

With the New Message window open, go to the View menu and select "Customize Toolbar...".
In the screen that opens, drag the item labelled "Address" into the Toolbar area of the New Message window, then click the "Done" button.
That item should be then added to the Toolbar for the New Message window.
Note that the main Mail window and the New Message window (as well as the separate message window if you open a message that way) use different toolbars - the settings/inclusions for one do not carry over to another.

Website forms require some code in a snippet and a formmail.php script on the server to process the form and send the info to the required email address. You can do all this when you switch to a "real" server.
In the meantime you can use a form or marketing service or, better still, an application like MailShoot which generates the form, handles the database and sends out the bulk emails.

Did you try and sync it with an address book on your computer that contained no entries at all? If so, then they are gone.
IF you backed up the phone before trying to do this, you may be able to recover some of the information using 3rd party software to try and extract it from the backup. I have no personal experience with any of these programs, so I'll leave specific recommendations to others who do.

I am not clear on what you are wanting DW to do for you? Is it that you want it to insert a three item unordered list? No - there's no such function. You would need to click in Design view where you want the list to go, click on the bulleted list icon on the Property inspector, and then enter the three items separated by carriage returns. Then you'd have to link each item specifically.
To enter the named anchors to element ID values, CS5 has no way to do this. You'd have to enter those links manually.
