Recently, a Find My iPod alert popped up on my iPod 5th Gen. I thought that my dad was pranking me, but after asking everyone that I knew knew my login, I was genuinely spooked. If someone had logged into my iCloud, they had my messages, my notes, my Find My iPod...(etc.)
That meant that they could remote wipe my iPod if they wanted to.
I immediately changed the password to my account and thought I was okay. Later that day, though, around 10 PM Pacific Time, an alert appeared on my iPod that said, "The operation could not be completed." By this time I was getting really paranoid because I thought that someone was trying to wipe my device. Is there any way to prevent/track where this is being done from? If so, I would greatly appreciate any and every piece of advice.

You won't be able to find that out. I'm not even sure if Apple would know. If you want to discuss this with Apple, contact the Apple account security team for your country: Apple ID: Contacting Apple for help with Apple ID account security. The call should be free, but you will need your serial number to set it up, which you will find in Settings>General>About.

Thanks... I appreciate the reply. Since I wrote the previous email, I actually went and changed my apple id (the main id) and the documentation I looked at said iCloud will set mail up automatically(?)... I had it working before.
Also, I tried to manually set up the ID via the Mail Accounts screen(s) and I can't figure out what my server information is... Pop or Imap? What's the outgoing server and the incoming server?
I typically have never had problems setting up mail accounts (in apple mail) with no problem.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Are you sure the message isn't saying that the maximum number of accounts have already been created? When you get this message you will not be able to create another account on that device. Your only options are to either re-use one of the accounts previously created or create a new account using a different iOS device or Mac, if you have one.

If all you want is an additional email address you can create up to three 'email aliases' - these are additional addresses (not accounts) which deliver into the same inbox as the main account.

I've been playing with a Galaxy here at work and here's what I've found so far - please feel free to jump in and suggest alternative methods to configure or access the various icloud components.
So the original Q: Can you access your icloud account on Android?
Not entirely: the website can't be used from an android browser (not properly - even with Dolphin HD and posing as different browsers it won't load correctly. So Find my iphone is out, so is the address book or looking at your e-mail or calendar just in a browser window
I was able to setup my e-mail using the IMAP settings published here:

Be sure to setup the account manually - and note if you have trouble using SSL try TLS (that worked for me)
Address book is a no go so you'll have to use iTunes to sync all your contacts over to Gmail - if you still have an iPad it means managing contacts in two places though . iWork is an Apple proprietary bit so don't expect much there.
So in my case, if I'm really going to make the switch to a Galaxy from my iPhone it really means I'm going to have to switch to using google as the backend. The timing to swap over to a galaxy/android phone is not the greatest - given that I'd have to give up my Apple addiction (syncing photos and itunes and losing access to my device tracking). Plus I still have an iPad and a mac and like living in the Apple ecosystem. I think I'll wait and see what the new iPhone looks like before I commit

OK, you are getting closer. Now, use your result, and place a Layer above that. Use the Pen Tool to create the "pen strokes" basically tracing over your background image. Then, when you have created each Path (or Sub-Path), choose Stroke Path, with probably the Pencil Tool and a Brush size that is small enough.
Not sure which versions of PS these are good for, but here are some plug-ins, that might be helpful.
